I’m in the process of trying to recover data loaded to the iCloud Storage service. Apparently, it is necessary to move files from iCloud to a local drive one by one. Once I have moved the files to local storage, then I can delete them from iCloud.

This product is supposedly set up to make data more secure. It is not fit for purpose and there is severe danger of data loss. Hopefully, I haven’t lost anything vital.

I have never used or subscribed to these scammers I'm now seeking legal action for harassment dailey these clowns are not listening. Keeps emailing me enough is enough

iCloud ist sehr unsicher. Alle Daten können jederzeit verloren gehen, Apple trägt keine Verantwortung können auch nicht sagen warum und wohin. Apple Support unsachlich inkompetent. Wenn man das System nutzt muss man es noch mal extern absichern. Die Gefahrt ist sehr hoch alle Daten und Fotos von letzten 10 Jahren zu verlieren.

Beim Aktivieren von icloud und dem erstmaligen Hochladen von Fotos in Kombination mit « Speicher optimieren » auf dem iphone wurden hunderte Fotos unwiederbringlich gelöscht. Nur mit Backup nutzen, nicht als Backup.

Je doit me reconnecter a icloud 4 fois par jour minimuum avec double ath. Je ne comprend pas cest juste horrible, je passe sur google. Finito apple

Jeg har en iCloud konto, som jeg ikke bruger og som er tom. Alligevel modtager jeg konstant mails om at jeg bruger over 50 % af min iCloud-lagringsplads + min iCloud-lagringsplads næsten er fyldt. Det er en "fantastisk" løgn, for at få mig til betale for noget, som ikke ikke bruger. Desværre er jeg ikke en forbruger, der betaler for noget, som jeg ikke får. Men der må være mange, som hopper på disse iClouds mails og betaler "gladeligt" for en vare de ikke får. Denne slags bedrageri, kan man desværre godt lave, uden at blive straffet for.

très mauvaise experience avec les services apple icloud. Personnes non professionnelles qui ne sont pas courtoises de surcroit. Il manque énormément de données dans mon cloud...et à chaque nouvelle mise à jour de mon MAC... l'organisation des dossiers sur icloud est totalement effacée. De plus, aucune recherche par nom de dossier n'est possible dans l'interface icloud. J'envisage serieusement de me desabonner de icloud+ et tout arreter avec MAC. C'est une fumisterie!
Il y a des années, j'ai perdu enormement de photos egallement lors de la bascule de "iphoto" app vers "photo". Cela aurait dû me servir de leçon!

Downloading photos with a 1000 photo limit and no fast way to download on the photos app makes the service feel like it is trying to be as inconvenient as possible to convince more users to just pay higher tiers of icloud. Really a trust-eroding business model.

When using it to back up iPhone files, it will keep telling you that you need to upgrade to a payed service even though you have less than 5GB in it. The backing up is slow and don’t tell you how much GB it will be over the 5GB limit or what you can delete or turn off to get there. It’s a trash service to get you to buy the service instead, a vicious practice all technology companies does today

Alors, que fait le leader des super machines Mac et iPhone avec son iCloud ? On aurait pu penser qu’ils étaient partis un peu en retard par rapport à la concurrence, mais qu’ils allaient rattraper leur retard en termes de simplicité et d’efficacité. Malheureusement, ce n’est pas le cas. La synchronisation des fichiers multimédia prend un temps fou, plusieurs heures minimum avec la même connexion Wi-Fi, et si les connexions Wi-Fi sont différentes entre l’iPhone et l’iMac, on peut oublier la synchronisation. Pas top ! Ensuite, le besoin le plus essentiel avec les fichiers vidéo et photos, c’est le partage privé. Or, tout le monde n’a pas de compte iCloud, et dans ce cas, le partage est impossible. Bref, si je suis toujours un grand fan de Mac OS X et d’iOS, concernant iCloud, c’est une grosse déception.

So I locked myself out of my account and now apple Icloud is punishing me for 12 hrs so now I can't recover anything from my account and when you try to reset, you're password they have a waiting process for that as well, and to add to it when they say you can give more info to speed up the process it just takes you to same options there's no progress this is crazy, I can get into my bank easier than this to change all of my info. It's Icloud not FORT KNOX

Ome minute I get email saying my icloud is block then today get email with the threat of having blocked when will these clowns except I don't use icloud or subscribe to the scamming program now icloud I'm seeking legal action against u clowns

I totally understand the frustration of people that are applying for affordable home, but this model was not designed for stile of many people from this CS, people that have no empathy or scream on you in call centers ? What is that ? Are they not there for assist ? Why are we making calls for help if we are bothering them ? They hate when receive a call, you notice by tone of their voices, plus one tells what he think and the other staff has a another completely different answer, they are fantastic. Praying for your career guys, you really do an amazing service, Ireland representatives !

iCloud was the second worse thing in my life. The first was the war that took my home.

Don’t even try to sync your photos library with this shit. It will give you 10 reasons why it can’t import your photos.

Im going to android iphones are retarded and so are icloud. I smashed up 4 iphones in my life because of icloud. Its rubbish it deletes your old apps by offloading them and when you try redownload it it tells you its been discontinued even though you paid for the app. Icloud charges you twice for things and refuse to refund you a lot of times you ask for a refund. Apple regularly steals from your card and if you call the bank to claim the money back they freeze your apple account so you cant use the things u paid for. The advisors are all stupid and dont even speak english as their first language. The customer services are aboit as good as rockstar setvices
