Hi, I am not a review writer at all. But thanks to ICM Japan for such a wonderful experience. I paid $4000 for my 4.5 grade car. It is working very good as new. Overall a very good experience.

Very bad company
Very bad company. Send damaged car and promised to refund back but never get the refund. Also putting unnecessary yard fee charges. Never buy car from them. Try to avoid them

Spam, Pakistan based company
Spam, Constant phone calls for 6 Years, No matter how many of their numbers you block. Will never do business with this company. If you need an Import From Japan use Cosmo.

Too much disturbance
Too much disturbance. Even though they usually threaten people that as you have given your email address so you need to bear our emails with car offers. These agents are stupid and not even concern on clients requests. After requesting so many times politely they still continuously disturbing me through email and to my phone number. I also requested to put my name out of their list. They said not possible and their attitude is like we have to bear their disturbing calls and emails. Please do not make any deals with these unprofessional company and if you do you will suffer.

Please do not buy off icm they will rip u off.they will tell u u can buy for example subaru type r for 7000usd shipped too Ireland. But when u sent ur deposit over the price seems too jump up for no reason...I have bought a car off them but it is the last. as they have not sent the paper work in time.and now my car is stuck in the dock .and I am getting fined every day by the customs. ..please do not buy from icm japan. ...
