Je suis très déçu de ne pas avoir reçu ma commande. A la place j'ai reçu un remboursement alors que les articles sont en stock. Je les avais achetés pendant le black friday à des prix très bas, j'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises au service client de m'envoyer les articles pendant qu'ils sont encore en stock. Personne ne me répondait... Ils sont actuellement encore en stock mais à des prix normaux et bien sûr ils ont préféré me rembourser plutôt que de m'envoyer les articles !!

Wanted to give this company a shot. US buyer. There was NO mention of fees/tarrifs/anything of that nature. Bought a top and some jeans. $80. A fair price. Then I received a notice from UPS that there was another $80 in fees.

THIS WAS NEVER DISCLOSED

So I email support, since they don't have a phone number. They inform me that its the buyers responsibility. I told them im not paying it. So I go back to UPS to return it. They tell me its going to be $280 to ship it back. Obviously, im not paying that. UPS said to reach out to the seller to see if they'd pay return shipping.

I emailed icon amsterdam, who had responded previously, but for 3+ days now they have dodged my emails.

This place is such a scam. Ive ordered from international companies before without issues.

BE TRUTHFUL ABOUT ANY HIDDEN FEES. If I had known there was additional fees, I would not have purchased.

Shit tier customer service. Even if the clothes are amazing, they arent worth $160 for some jeans and a top.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. I even posted on their FB and they deleted my comments

This is an absoloute dumpster fire of a company. They don't provide you with tracking, then make you pay import tariff once the package lands in the US.

Customer service is also not helpful whatsoever. DO NOT BUY HERE

Didn't think I'd end up wearing the fabio crewneck this much, but it's honestly become a daily thing. Fits bang on the shoulders and, thank god, it doesn't itch. I chuck it on for work or just heading out and it always looks decent. Not flashy, just easy and proper comfy.

Al 3 maanden op mijn refund aan het wachten. Krijg amper reactie op mijn mailtjes, als er een reactie komt laten ze weten dat het geregeld wordt. Nu dus al 4x deze response gekregen. Waardeloos bedrijf dat geld van je steelt.

Achtung bei dieser Firma!!!

Ich habe vor fast 4 Wochen bestellt. Nachdem ich nach 2 Wochen noch immer keine Rückmeldung zum Versandstatus erhalten hatte, wollte ich die Bestellung stornieren. Seit weiteren 2 Wochen versuche ich nun, eine Bestätigung der Stornierung zu bekommen und mein Geld zurückzuerhalten – bisher ohne Erfolg.

Inzwischen habe ich American Express eingeschaltet.

Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, dort zu kaufen.

Sehr schlechter Support und keine Rücksendung die übernommen wird und man muss über 20€ zu zahlen um sein Paket zurückschicken. Bloß nicht bestellen!

Ordered some trainers for my husband over 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. Contacted customer services who were quick to respond to advise i will receive the item 2-3 days after I receive the shipping confirmation. I received the shipping confirmation on 27/11 and I am still waiting for my order which was a present for my husbands birthday which has now passed. Customer services have stopped replying.
Joke of a company.
Please make sure if you also have a poor experience that you leave a review on their official trust pilot page which is ICON. so other customers can see the extent of their poor customer service, missing items despite being paid for and an overall scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ICON EVER!
If you want to place an order, please read their terms first.
Once you read them, you will understand that this company is a huge scam!

They never inform customers that their orders may go through customs, and I ended up paying $210 in customs tariffs without being told anything beforehand.
On top of that, the package arrived after 2–3 weeks.
Also, if you want to return something, the return costs are your responsibility.

Only scammers operate like this!

Also Ich habe eine Bestellung aufgegeben, 3. Artikel. Shirt, Hose und Jacke. Die Bestellung dauerte ca. 2 Tage länger als geplant. (Gut ich habe auch zum Black Friday bestellt), also sei dies verziehen.

Info: zur Retoure kann ich nichts sagen! Da ich kein Artikel zurückgeschickt habe, fast alle schlechten Bewertung beruhen auf den Service der Retourensendungen.

Die Artikel sind für mich sehr zufriedenstellend! Das Shirt lieber eine Nr. größer bestellen, ansonsten super! Glänzende Oberfläche bei den Shirts, so wie ich das wollte. Die Hose (20€ im Sale) noch besser, also wirklich 1A Chino Hose, super Qualität, sogar mit super ,,Bügelfallte,,. Also wirklich mega gute Hose. Die Modern Bomber Jacke auch Top, und die Qualität ist auch in Ordnung! Da gibt es bei H&M und Co. deutlich schlechtere Qualität. Also die Sachen können sich wirklich sehen lassen und sind in meinem Fall den Preis gerecht! Definitiv.
Habe also ein Super Outfit.

Kwaliteit van de kleding is slecht. En de service is nog slechter. Eerst reageert een AI bot heel snel. Tot er service verleend moet worden, dan reageren ze niet meer.

2 artikelen besteld anderhalf week geleden en nog niks ontvangen. Geen track en trace etc. Contact gaat super traag. Ben waarschijnlijk mijn geld kwijt. Heel triest! Ik bestel hier nooit meer wat!

Betaald maar niks geleverd, geen geld terug en geen contact te krijgen. 3 weken verder en ik voel mij opgelicht; ik lees ook goede reviews over icon dus ik hoop mijn geld nog terug te zien. Ook geen reactie ontvangen op mijn annulering. Tip: bestel niet bij Icon Amsterdam.

Achat de plusieurs articles dont une sur-chemise Dante. Au bout de quelques semaines, les coutures de manches se sont désolidarisées, vraiment du low-quality !

Ik heb hier een nieuwe jas en schoenen besteld en ben er superblij mee Snelle levering, goed verpakt en de kwaliteit is gewoon echt goed Alles zit lekker en ziet er precies zo uit als op de site Ik bestel hier sowieso nog eens

Verschrikkelijke communicatie en slechte service. Laat mij producten bestellen en betalen. En houd mij eerst 2 weken lang aan het lijntje. Voordat ze pas melden dat eigenlijk mijn gehele bestelling behoudens 1 item. Niet meer op voorraad is en dit met hopelijk 1 week tijd word teruggestort. En dan heb je nog wel 10€ extra betaald voor zogenaamde priority packaging en shipping. Nou wil niet weten wat dan de normale shipping moet zijn. Inmiddels nog geen geld terug ontvangen laat staan een item, en nog even en we zijn 3 weken verder.

Rücksendungen sind viel zu umständlich und teuer

De trækker pengene næsten med det samme..
Efter 5 dage havde det stadig ikke afsendt pakken, og efter nu 8 dage har jeg stadig ikke modtaget min pakke.
