Står at de sender innen 24-48 timer etter bestilling, men det stemmer ikke. Tok kontakt for å etterspørre varen og det tok vel ca 4 dager før jeg fikk svar. Da var problemet at størrelsen jeg hadde bestilt var blitt utsolgt. Kunderservice spurte om ikke jeg ville ha en større størrrelsa siden trusene er små i størrelse(kanskje smart å skrive på nettsiden?!) Prøver å spore forsendelsen nå, men klarer ikke se hvor pakken er. Blir spennende å se om og når den kommer fram.
Ikke gidd å bruke pengene dine her, finn et annet sted som er bedre.

Las bragas Iconica realmente han sido un cambio en mi vida
Las bragas Iconica realmente han sido un cambio en mi vida y en mi menstrualidad. Yo ya era usuaria de la copa y tambien usaba las braguitas de la marca Cocoro, y tenia que usar las bragas junto con la copa por que aunque llevo mas de 6 años con ella la mayoria de las veces tengo peridas. Tampoco podia usar las bragas solas por que no absorbían suficiente ademas de que la parte absorbente es bastante reducida. El dia que probe las primeras baragas de Iconica fue un WOW!!! no necesito la copa para absolutamente nada a no ser que quiera cambiar y ponérmela para hacer deporte, nadar o arreglarme algo mas y no quiera llevar bragas.
Realmente merecen la pena y aunque me halla equivocado de talla con las de tiro alto volveré a comprar un par mas (tengo 6 Iconicas ya 😅)

I wantet to test and replace other menstrual products
I wanted to test this and see if they could replace pads and tampons. I am very happy with the product and the quality. Even some day I were them for uptil 10 hours, it still do not leek or something. Now i got 4 of them, but I need to buy some more in the nearest feature. When I bought it, I should have picked a bigger size (i got small now, but a little bit tight around the hip)

Kjøpte en for å teste, og kunne bruke den fra morgenen og gjennom hele dagen, og til og med natten igjennom uten at det lakk. Trusene er fine å se på og kjempe behaglige å ha på seg.

A little reluctant at the beggining, I first bought 2 to try and I immediately loved them, no leaks or smell, it's great!
I wear them all the time at home, at work, at the gym and even at night (very practical and comfortable to sleep in!).
However, I would recommend having at least 4, I don't think 2 panties are enough, so I plan to recommend 2 more very soon aha
I'm so glad I tried and found this product. 🤗

Update: ondertussen pakket ontvangen na 2 weken en na het schrijven van de review uiteindelijk toch een mail gekregen van de klantenservice.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered over 3 weeks ago, package has still not arrived. Customer service took 5 days to answer my email, provided me with a track&trace that showed the package has to come from China which was not mentioned on order placement. I would not have ordered. It's been a week but my package still did not arrive, tracking link does not work anymore. I contacted customer service to cancel.

Niet werkende track and trace, geen bestelling en geen contact te krijgen
Bijna 10 dagen geleden een bestelling geplaatst, track and trace code toegestuurd gekregen maar die bleek het niet te doen. Bestelling is nog steeds niet binnen en ik krijg maar geen contact met ze... Ik ben benieuwd of dit überhaupt nog gaat gebeuren. Balen!

Ik heb de The Iconic High Waist Brief maat M gekocht. Broekjes gaan na 3x met de hand wassen al lubberen. Na 2 uur dragen al doorgelekt, geen bescherming. Het is ook jammer dat mijn review niet op hun site wordt geplaatst.

I was positivly surprised by them
I was positivly surprised by them. It was my firt time trying period underwear and I was very happy with the results. They don't smell, absorb very quickly and I can wear them comfortably for a long time (I have a medium to heavy flow the first to days of my period). I choose size M which is the size I use for panties (for thongs I usually go with S) and they are a good fit for me. Also feels safer than any other option to sleep with them. Can definitely recommend them! It would be good if Iconica could also sell a waterproof bag in case one needs to change panties outside of the home!

Skickade tillbaka trosorna för c a en månad sedan för att byta storlek. Har varken fått meddelande om att de har tagit emot dem eller fått svar på mitt mejl som skickades i måndags.
Det tillhör vanligt hyfs att åtminstone svara och skriva vad som hänt, om det har hänt något.
Vad jag kan se är det fler som råkat ut för samma sak vilket tyder på att inga förbättringar har gjorts på den fronten.
Det blir inga lovord från mig eftersom jag har blivit behandlad på det här viset.
