Had a really positive experience with Icozi getting my EV charger installed, everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.

Wayne, who came out to do the installation, was friendly and professional and left little mess when doing the job. The work was done neatly and efficiently, and he made sure everything was up and running perfectly before leaving. Francesca in the office was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process clearly.

Recently had new wireless thermostat fitted. I have no complaints from the office staff advice to install engineers I can only say amazing !!! I was given clear updates leading up-to day of install from Francesca and Gracie and the installers Wayne and Rogan were polite and friendly. The job was completely quickly and to very high standard highly recommended!!!

Your salesman James Britton was very good. Spent time in explaining and answering questions. Was patient when we request quotes for different scenarios and helped us decide what solution we needed.
Once the decision was made and order placed installation of the new boiler was arranged soon after.
The installation was very efficient and done by two very good engineers.
I am happy with the boiler I have and would recommend them.

James was amazing when coming to help with our heater! He came across an issue we didn’t even realise we had and fixed it and just like that we have heat again! James the engineer that came into my property to fix the heater was very professional and managed to fix the heater that no other electrician could fix. He gave me lots of advice and tips to save energy and get the most out of the heater.

I contacted icozi as the PCB had blown and we were unsure about the reason. The engineer James contacted me the next day to arrange a suitable time to look at the boiler. James was so knowledgeable and professional. He was quickly able to ascertain the problem and explain to me the fault and how it happened and what he could do to fix it. I felt 100% confident in James and very happy that he was able to fix the issue. He gave the boiler a thorough check and it was working perfectly when he left.

Our Main storage heater and the electric supply broke down, and I spent a whole frustrating year trying to get it sorted with Octopus and electricians in my area, it caused a lot of stress, most people I talked to knew very little about how to fix it! As a last resort I contacted the manufacturers and Icozi, and thank goodness I did, they sorted it out, it was great talking to people who understood the problem and were able to help. I would have no hesitation in recommending for anybody who are having problems with their heating. Francesca, Rogan and Wayne are Brilliant, and really know what they are talking about! Our house is really toasty now ! Thankyou so much !

Had new storage heaters installed. The level of service and workmanship has been amazing from start to finish. Many thanks to Francesca, Stephen and the wonderful electricians who carried out the work.

James has been fantastic from the start. Great communication, always on time and just overall very friendly.

Had a few issues with our boiler which another company failed to rectify and James came the very next day to get it sorted again.

I moved into my new home last October and from day 1 I experienced a problem with the boiler. The pressure was constantly dropping.

James visited a couple of times and carried out different tests to identify the problem. He was emphatic that the problem I had was not anything to do with the boiler but was a slow leak within my central heating system. He recommended that I contact the company who installed the boiler and suggested I ask them to enlist the service of a leak detection company, which I did.

To my relief, the leak detection company came yesterday and carried out numerous tests to find that the problem was as James suggested, a slow leak in the central heating system, which they then rectified.

Thank goodness for James, his knowledge and experience!

One phone call to explain that are storage was not working, next day phone call from James to arrange a visit, when he arrived he was very polite and professional, in fact in this day and age he was a breathe of fresh air, we are considering buying and have fitted three more , James is very valuable asset to this company

Called Francesca at the Elnur office this morning seeking help desperately for what I thought was a leak in my Gabarron MAC15c. After paying, their engineer, James Britton called in the afternoon wanting to know if he could to have a look at my unit. In an hour he was over and I was sorted within that hour. I am very happy with the quick response and manner in which the service was rendered. I am back on the block and most grateful. Keep it up guys and wishing you a big thank you.

The engineer's knowledge of the boiler. Had a slow leak for months, a regular electrician was stuck. No-one wanted to come out to a combi electric boiler, they appear to be too new in the market place, I ended up contacting the manufacturer to recommended icozi. Brilliant. Within 3 days was here, knew exactly what to look for, and price wise, extremely reasonable. Will always use them now☺️

Steve was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he explained everything he was doing throughout the repair.

He took the time to explain an invoice I had from another boiler company and even recommended ways we could save water in other areas of our home.

He went above and beyond and we are so so grateful for all his help.

My Elnur Gabarron Mac 15C boiler was discharging water from the discharge pipe outside when the hot water was heating up to 60 doing it's legionella protection. Rogan noticed it was continuing..he fitted a p and t valve and it is working brilliantly...
Rogan has done an excellent job and I would recommend him and Icozi 100%...

We had a bad leak in our showroom boiler which blew the control panel. The engineer who came to us ( Rogan ) was professionally, helpful and quickly fixed the problem for the fixed cost we had agreed. I would highly recommend.
