Devastating lying associates!

Horrible customer service! I have been lied to and No one still yet has worked on this other than passing along problem to another associate who was previously contacted and not responded at all! CLIA IS IN COMMUNICATION WITH ME INVITDER TO STOP THE BEHAVIOUR IF THIS COMPANY AND GET REFUND OF WHAT US OWED!, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOTCUSE THUS COMPANY. It is also important to note that cruise lines do not allow price adjustments once a booking is paid in full, which appears to be the primary concern noted. The reps absolutely refuse to help you


The reps absolutely refuse to send you to a manager or higher up and will give you fake information just to get off the phone. Ive had a rep who stated she could not help me so she forwarded me to royal. I dont think she knows what her job is because I booked my cruise through them for a reason. I called back to icruise and the next rep was able to help me. My booking rep refuses to respond to my email or help me when I need it. Icruise customer service and solutions are extremely poor and they are nothing but scammers. As soon as you book with them they could careless about what you have to say. Please save yourself time and money and DO NOT BOOK WITH ICRUISE. Id love to show how many ignore emails I have. I tried requesting our phone calls since its "recorded" but they all cant seem to give me a direct answer on how to achieve that. Its obviously not recorded because of how unserious they treat their customers. They all have a fake voice until they have your money. Icruise if you see this, im more than happy to have a conversation with you but it doesn't seem like you guys are up to it which again, what is the point of your job if youre not teaching your employees proper customer service. Your company meets the definition of scammers and fraudsters. Ill be waiting for you guys to prove me wrong.

Don't do it

I didn't even get the opportunity to book a cruise. The agent 'helping' me was told our preferences. We require 2, 2 bedroom suites. There are 6 of us. My parents each need their own room, and my husband and I a room as well as our kids. We also provided the Bahamas as a location, but I did mention carribean. All of that aside once we bounced from panama to costa rica we finally landed closer to the Bahamas. I agreed to book and hold based on the agents recommendation. Good thing I had the foresight to check the rooms, and what did I see? Single bedrooms, with 1 king bed. Not ok. I called back and told the agent I was done. Quite frankly if you cannot listen to what I want, I don't want you booking a $30,000+ trip for me. The agent insisted on reaching out again, I had explicitly said 12:30 as that was my lunch hour, I was called at 10am. I refused to discuss and again told him I was unlikely to do business with them, but sure go ahead and email me options. I was then given rooms that still wont work, featuring two king beds. I really love repeating myself for no reason. If I wanted this experience, I would run a daycare and talk to them about my cruising options. Now I sent him an email follow up to his, saying I'm sorry but no we're done. You've ignored what I asked for. We didn't limit cruise lines or budget etc, we're shopping for options here and you're not listening. Then the agent pushed back at me, saying that I wasn't clear, I referenced Yacht club ... I am not the expert here. If you want to offer 'professional services' I would also recommend calling me by my name, which is not Taylor

I made a 500.00 down payment on my cabin...ICRUISE Drafted the whole 2500.00 from my account!!! Within 45 minutes of noticing what they did. I called them and was told I would have to wait 21 days for them to correct THEIR mistake and refund my money!!

I have always had a great experience except in the last year as they can't seem to keep any agents

I have always had a great experience with icruise.com. But something must be going on there. Because I had my first agent for about 3 years, then she left and I found another one and had her for about 3 years and now in the last year I have went through 5 agents. Are they getting rid of all of them or are they quitting? Then it's so hard to find another one. I had sent many emails to the company but nobody would get back to me. I have loved icruise, but not sure what is going on!
