Em 24/02/26 efetuei um deposito inicial na ICTrading, via pix, posterior solicitei uma retirada nos dias 09/03 - 11/03 - 13/03 - 16/03 e todas foram negadas. Eles pediram todas as documentações e eu enviei todas eles me responderam o seguinte na última solicitação :
IC - Precisaremos que, como etapa adicional para prosseguir com sua solicitação de saque de PIX, nos forneça uma cópia oficial do seu extrato bancário, que mostre o logotipo do banco, o número da sua conta 19212453, seu nome e a última transação para a IC Trading, se aplicável. Faça o upload dos seus documentos na Área Segura do Cliente e envie novamente sua solicitação de saque, se necessário.
Agradecemos sua paciência e cooperação.

Após inumeras tentativa com o suport explicando eu eu nunca tive essa conta e eu nem sei de quem é essa conta o e-mail que encaminhei para eles foi o seguinte e-mail:

My account at Banco/Brokerage XP Investimento is an account from 2015, that is, 11 years ago. Agency 001 - Checking account 2100***. I have had this account at this institution since 2015.
You are asking for a statement to confirm account 19212453. I honestly don't know what account this is, who it belongs to, or who it refers to.
Please review the statement; you will see that on February 24, 2026, the Pix payment made to UNLIMINT BRASIL SERVIÇOS DE PAGAMENTOS CNPJ **42.555/0001 * Receiving Agency 001 - Receiving Account 9695949 was made directly from my XP account 2100***, as can be verified in the file I have already sent four times.
We also have the information according to the history on the ICTrading website.
Also note that I tried numerous times on that same day to make the payment with my Wise Bank credit card, and it was denied every time, until I converted the 200 USD to BRL and subsequently generated the Pix key on the ICTrading website to make the payment.
I contacted XP Bank and they confirmed that the PIX payment was made from account 2100***, and I've attached proof of payment.
I understand that the brokerage prioritizes security and they are entirely correct, but given this, I believe that the possible account registration error did not originate from XP Bank and may have been altered by ICTrading. I am attaching the PIX payment receipt again so that you can see the bank details of the payer, and once again the bank statement with all the guidelines and requests you made, all in accordance with ICTrading's rules and regulations.
I would appreciate your attention to this matter so that it can be verified and corrected.

Eles em momento algum se demonstraram solicitos a analisar as informaçoes entre as datas do pix com a informação no extrato etc... por fim acabei perdendo todo meu dinheiro e eles nunca mais me explicaram sobre isso Infelizmente a corretora que eu acreditei ser correta me deixou em maus lençois por falta de vontade de verificar corretamente

E' una truffa sono 20 gg che ho chiesto la chiusura del conto e non ho visto nulla. Sparito il Daniele e impossibile accedere alla piattaforma. Non risponde né al telefono e nemmeno alla mail

I urgently deposit funds to top up my trading account, but the money is credited to the wallet account instead. When I try to transfer it manually, my trading account does not even appear in the transfer options.

This is a time-sensitive issue because my account is already in drawdown. I contact support immediately, but more than 36 hours have gone by without any meaningful resolution. No agents are available on chat, and the phone support they advertise as 24/7 is also unavailable, and the voice mailbox is full. No response via email either.

This is not just poor customer service — it is a serious operational failure. When clients are at risk of liquidation because of a technical issue on the broker’s side, the absence of responsive support is unacceptable.

A broker handling leveraged accounts should be able to resolve urgent funding problems quickly. That is not what I am experiencing.

Complimenti dopo alcuni prelievi per il prelievo , ho mandato tutta la documentazione e nessun problema e' stato riscontrato.
UN suggerimento guardate tutti i dati che servono e scrivete per assistenza.

it was working well until it stopped. The additional deposit i made vanished on the way. i sent them the confirmation from my bank and for over a week now they've been looking for my money with no result. everyday i get the same reply: please wait while we're working on your case. and nothing changes. i've been making new cases everyday and still nothing. no answer from ictrading by any channel: live support nor emails. this company is unreliable.
