Unfortunately, my experience with Ida Beauty has been consistently disappointing. In the past, I received expired and incorrect products on multiple occasions. While I initially tried to overlook these issues, my most recent experience was particularly frustrating.

I ordered a hair mask and was sent a product that was half the size of what I had paid for, with no explanation or notification. Given that this is a beauty product with clearly labeled sizes, it felt as though the smaller item was sent hoping it would go unnoticed, which is extremely concerning and unprofessional.

When I complained, it took many messages before I received a response. I was then told that if I returned the hair mask, they would send me the correct one. This never happened. Instead, they issued a refund and later stated that they did not have the product in stock. This was another very concerning way to handle the situation. If the correct product was unavailable, they should have contacted me beforehand to ask whether I wanted to cancel the order. Because of this poor communication, I ended up paying the original postage for an item I would never have ordered had I known it could not be supplied.

What makes this worse is that for every issue — whether incorrect items or expired products — I had to follow up repeatedly, and I never received an apology. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unhelpful customer service make this a very unpleasant shopping experience.

Overall, I would not recommend Ida Beauty due to repeated order errors and very poor customer service.

Forget the pink-washed “girl” cleats from mainstream brands, IDA is the real deal.

If your daughter has narrow feet and plays competitive soccer, especially as a goalie, IDA’s Club cleats are a game-changer. We tried Nike and Adidas for years, and every time, my daughter ended up frustrated. The fit was all wrong, too wide in the heel, poor arch support, and they’d twist or slip during dives. More than once, she landed standing on the edge of her shoe.

We visited at least five stores, and while salespeople could match her foot length, the shoes still didn’t fit properly. Both Nike and Adidas gave her arch cramps, they’re clearly designed for male feet and just repackaged in pink.

IDA cleats are different. The toe box fits right, the arch support is finally in the correct spot, and the heel is snug enough for narrow feet. Since switching two years ago, she hasn’t had a single issue with slippage or discomfort, even in high-intensity games.

Bonus: the light-colored shoes actually help keep her feet cooler during scorching turf matches.

If you're stuck between Nike, Adidas, and IDA, there’s only one real choice. IDA wins. Every time.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a pair and was sent the wrong size. 4 days of contacting them with no response other than they are too busy. Give me an exchange or my money back. I do not recommend buying.

These are the worst soccer cleats I have ever worn. I really wanted them work out so I gave them far too many chances, making my experience worse every time. The width of the toe box is nice but does not matter when every where else is super narrow and tight. For reference I even tried two different styles. The heal area goes so far back that no matter how tight your heal lock is you will slip out. My feet have never been in so much pain. All they have going for them is they look pretty.

I brought 2 pair of IDA boots for my daughters as we loved the idea of these boots as they are specifically designed for females. Unfortunately they did not fit so I had to return them, it took nearly a week to get a reply and return postage, the boots were posted back on the 23rd August and I still haven't received a refund which means I'm out of pocket by £270 which I probably won't get back. A real shame as I like what they are trying to do here.

These cleats may be great for the average Rec player but they are not made to hold up to higher level play. My daughter has worn the cleats for two months and they are coming apart. She plays college soccer. After asking to return the cleats we were denied so now we have 150.00 cleats that are new and are garbage. If you play the sport above the rec level stick with the name brand cleats. Don’t bother with this fad garbage.

My daughter has a pair of the IDA Rice clubs. These are fantastic boots, easy to order with swift delivery. The fit is excellent especially at the heel. They are really good boots and she's wearing them to train 3-4 times a week with great comfort. They are well made and are lasting really well.
Solid 10/10 recommend.

So far I'm loving my IDA Classica Leather Cleats. I normally have a painful breaking in process with all of my other boots, but after training on these for a few weeks I haven't had that at all. I absolutely love that they focus on the foot shape and comfort for women specifically. Customer service was also extremely smooth.

Loved the idea of cleats just for women. Ordered a pair for my daughter but they were a bit too big. Need to size down half a size, but while I have asked for a return, the only communication I have received is that they are reviewing it. I am not going to order the next pair until I know I can send this one back. I know they are starting out, but their refund/exchange policy has got to be better than this, or people will go elsewhere to get better service.

I play a lot of futsal and indoor soccer and needed a shoe that was supportive and comfortable. I have a small foot so would mainly have to shop for kid sized shoes. Then I found this company online, read their bio, looked at their products and reviews and decided to give them a chance. Right out of the box and onto the court this shoe is a 5 stars! My foot didn't slip around, no blisters, and had the perfect amount of support for kicking and running. HIGHLY recommend!

I am getting older and just made it back to the soccer field. My feet ache during and after the game. I resorted to wearing turf shoes to play because of the pain. The IDA shoes feel great on my feet. Sunday I will play a 90 minute game and I am super excited to play!!

So I played Sunday and my feet felt great in the IDA shoes. I texted our adult team after the game to let some of the women know about the IDA product.

Now I do not have to worry about slipping around in my turf shoes when it rains and getting injured. I also like the way I strike the ball in the IDA shoe vs. my turf shoes.

I bought a pair of Spirit Futsal shoes during the rush of the World Cup, and though they took a little while to arrive, it was 100% worth the wait. These shoes are amazing, no pinching or discomfort even from the very first wear, the grip on indoor courts is perfect and they look awesome. And the support team is totally on the ball ( ;) ), I made a mistake with my shipping details and they responded to my message and had it corrected within 48 hours. Can't recommend enough.

I own two pair of IDA. Perfect fit for women’s soccer. I have outdoor and indoor cleats. They literally fit perfect from the moment you put them on I would wear nothing else. Made for women by women and the quality is great. Worth every penny! Don’t waste your time with trying to make other brands fit. Buy IDA you will not regret it!

Product is incredible. The fit is fantastic with a snug heel and a wide enough toe box to prevent bunions. Comfort in first wear.

From a quality/fit perspective, when I tried the indoors I was shocked that I played an entire night of football without remembering that I had new shoes on. From a service perspective, when I had a product that I needed to return, the customer service was exceptional. Quirelyn went above and beyond to assist me. I had accidentally shipped the wrong item to Ida and shipped my return somewhere else. Quirelyn was kind, patient, and diligent in helping me through this issue (that was no fault of Ida's) and helped me resolve the snafu. Thank you so much for your care and understanding, Quirelyn! I absolutely love my IDA trainers. I do a lot of walking and sports so it is important that I have decent footwear. The trainers are very, very comfortable and are a really good fit. They do not rub against the heel like some other brands. They look fantastic, too. Mine are a retro style with a white, blue, and red design.

A complete stranger complimented them whilst I was waiting for the bus on Hay Street in Perth!

These would make a fantastic Xmas present.
