🚨 URGENT: Request for Justice – Unfair Property Auction by IDBI Bank

I am sharing this with deep distress and hope for support.

My family purchased a home in Bangalore 3 years ago for ₹76.9 lakh and invested ~₹20 lakh more into development. Today, its value is around ₹1.5 crore.

Due to a medical emergency (my father’s brain tumor) and temporary financial hardship, we faced EMI delays. However, we clearly informed the bank of our intent to repay and requested time.

Despite this, IDBI Bank auctioned our property abruptly for just ₹74.5 lakh—far below market value—without giving us a fair opportunity for settlement.

When my wife visited the branch, she was ignored and told: “Go to Supreme Court.” No support, no escalation, no empathy.

We are genuine borrowers asking for fairness. This is not just financial loss—it’s emotional devastation.

🙏 Requesting authorities and media to intervene:
• Review and halt/reverse the auction
• Allow us to clear dues
• Ensure justice for affected families

If there were zero stars option I would give that to IDBI Prabhadevi branch bank.
Their current branch Manager is Ramteke Kundan.
I don’t know how he qualified to become a branch manager. He doesn’t understand banking procedures and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. IDBI management please get rid of him and get a competent person.
My FD matured in Dec 23rd without auto renewal. This fellow doesn’t even know what to do. So now my money is stuck.
Every time his answer is I need to check.
I am about to move all my funds to Kotak and stop banking with IDBI for good if they allow me.

Actually its not even worth for a Single star. Worst banking services. No proper messages, No proper customer services, No proper internet banking. Can't even take our own account statement summary through online. Not even a proper response from customer service.
Dont even open account in this bank even for a support purpose.

Very worst experience do not go for any loans to this bank. These people doesn't have any knowledge and doing financial sector jobs. Because of these people I lost some period of my career. They do not explain anything to customer clearly. Waste of time and money.
