Excellent experience
These guys were great and the wardrobe is beautiful. Sonal was really patient with me during the design process as I changed my mind several times about drawers, doors and colours! On the day of the fitting the guys were working in a small space, 3 floors up (no lift), and in 34 degree heat - they were absolutely incredible and got the job done in several hours. They were polite, respectful, made an adjustment to the rails and shelves to suit my height, and cleaned up thoroughly when they left. What's more they were approximately 1/2 the price of other larger national companies and could do the work 4+ weeks sooner than the others.

Great quality at reasonable pricing
Our experience with Ideal Fitted was seamless. We got a couple of fitted wardrobes and a media wall made and the process from start to finish was excellent.
In terms of customer interaction and service, Sonal, Smruti and Aastha have been with us since day 0, helping us ideate and design our furniture, making design revisions multiple times and bringing out the best possible outcome for us. I would like to thank them for the overall execution.
Also the fitters who came and worked on fitting the furniture were very nice. They were great at their work. very adjusting, catered to our specific requirements and also cleaned up each day after work.
From a price point perspective, considering this is London based and they're providing a 12 year guarantee on their product, I would say the prices are very reasonable as well.
Overall we are very pleased and Ideal have a very good team that deliver from ideation to execution. Highly recommend!

Excellent service!
My media wall was well made and completed in record time. The fitters were professional and I have received so many compliments from my visitors.
Communication pre installation was a bit too much. A lot of time was spent clarifying sizing and design.
All in all, I am happy with my purchase. Much cheaper than what a well know company quoted me. Highly recommeded.

Sonal coordinated the project brilliantly; she was incredibly accessible, patient, and truly understood our vision and requirements. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the attention to detail—especially with the integrated lighting and sleek cabinetry—has completely transformed our living space. The media wall looks absolutely stunning! The contrast between the dark wood texture, the warm integrated lighting, and the clean white countertop is very sophisticated. It’s a great example of modern, functional design.

Very Efficient and Fast with Fitting
Very efficient and fast to install and arrange fitting day, they have met all bespoke requirements I have had and they have communicated effectively. Very huge thank you to Kamlesh for coming back to finish small requests to finalise overall fitting. Highly recommend if you are after a bespoke wardrobe or furniture at a very quick timescale.

Superb service, quick installation, fantastic price
After living in our home for 10 years, we finally decided to get the fitted wardrobes for master bed, Son's room as well as a dresser. Ideal Fitted Bedrooms was very strongly recommended by a friend of us who had used them in the past. From the first call, it was very clear these guys genuinely care for their customers (prospect customers too) and go above and beyond to make this experience as smooth as possible. We visted their store over a weekend, had a in person design session with one of their designers, paid the deposit and with in a week, we had workers at home fitting the wardrobes. They take great pride in their work and we are very pleased with the final outcome. We would happily recommend them to anyone who is looking for fitted wardrobes. 5 stars

I had a fitted book case with wardrobe…
I had a fitted book case with wardrobe at the end and drawers base . Drawers are big enough for my needs . After a little hiccup the fitters Sorted out without delay . Wall to wall bench is a little thin to my liking but with support it looksOK. Communication with Sonal is excellent and she and her team are very helpful . If I needed any to have it done I will happily to ask their services again . I have recommended to my friend already .
