War ehrlich gesagt anfangs sehr skeptisch, weil die Produkte so günstig waren. Als ich dann die Bewertungen hier gesehen habe, habe ich es einfach mal probiert und ich bin sehr positiv überrascht. Die Produkte waren innerhalb von 6 Tagen da und sind genau wie beschrieben. Der Versand ist zwar teuer, aber das ist bei einer Lieferung aus England wohl nicht zu vermeiden. Ich weiß auf jeden Fall wo ich ab jetzt meine Vapes bestelle. Sehr zuverlässig 👍

Ich war anfangs skeptisch, bei IdeaVape zu bestellen, da der Shop aus England liefert und es nur wenige Bewertungen gab. Aber ich bin positiv überrascht: Meine Bestellung kam innerhalb von zwei Tagen an, und die Vapes von VOZOL sind von guter Qualität. Der Bestellprozess war unkompliziert, alles war sicher verpackt, und auch der Zoll war überhaupt kein Problem. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung, bei der ich auch wieder bestellen würde.

Ordered a box of 10 Vozol Vista 20k vapes, royal mail claimed they had delivered it but they hadn't with inadequate proof of delivery, customer support was very helpful and accommodating and re-shipped with no additional charge! great service and satisfied!

Fantastic. I had a slight issue which they fixed immediately. It wasn't even their fault. Just a vape that didn't charge so manufacturing issue not this company. They replaced it instantly. I will always use these guys from now on

The company helped me with a problem I had with a vape I purchased, very quick email response and they was patient with me while they waited for the response.
