Hey there, I’m honestly really frustrated right now. I requested a mail forwarding months ago, and it was urgent, yet they still haven’t done anything. I even paid extra for faster service with tracking, but they never gave me a tracking number. I’ve been emailing them over and over, asking for updates and the tracking info, but they just keep ignoring me. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I got service the service from iDeliverd via Anytime Mailbox.

I would like to note that my experience has been disappointing due to poor customer support and difficulties in using your website. Unfortunately, this has made my overall experience unsatisfactory.

I hope you can resolve this matter promptly by issuing the necessary refund.

This is not a company, it's just a scam. I paid $1000 for a shipment in August 2022, and despite the obviously deceitful promises of a refund, nothing has been reimbursed to me. Even the contacts, who don't even sign their emails, have disappeared. It's just a horrible scam, an unjust and terrible scam.
