0 stars. Never received this package, yet Dermalight and LaserShare say it’s delivered. Two scam companies, don’t buy this product!

Their website says my package was delivered buy I didn’t receive anything. They don’t reply on social media nor email, and deleted all their comments on socials. Another girl contacted me on instagram saying the same thing happened. SCAM! DO NOT BUY!

I bought one about 6 months ago from iDermalight and it's worked so well! I've een trying to buy another one for my niece but cannot seem to find any that seem legit. This company actually shut down in mid-2020 because of COVID, and now there's just a bunch of crappy counterfeit companies (Dermalight USA, Dermalight US, Dermashine, MyLEDTherapy, Vogue-Now, ReadMyLip, FirstClassCrew, BeHealthy-BeLoved, Shopzal, Cloud Feet, Igloo Deals, Percares, Wadisin). The list goes on and on in my search results, and sometimes it goes under the brand name DermaLuminate or Luminescence. They all seem like bad copies from China. Many of the reviews below seem to be about these scam companies.

I bought a Dermalight from Amazon and that also was such bad quality and broke almost immediately. At least iDermaLight was based in Hong Kong, where there's much better standards (at least before what recently happened to their government. Maybe that's another reason why the company shut down).

This product may have been ok if it actually worked longer than 2 months. It literally just died when I put it on yesterday and the company's response to my inquiry about what they can do to help me was simply stating their return/refund policy covered only 30 days. This should tell you something about the quality of the product and company. I would not recommend this product and would urge you not to buy anything from this company given their lack of support when their products are defective.

Loved this brand! My husband bought for me a few months back and I was hoping to get another mask for my niece for an early birthday present! It seems like all the alternative DermaLights out there are not as good quality! There are so many bad ones, and this seemed to be the only great version!

Their managerial supervisor Justine told me the Hong Kong manufacturer closed business due to the coronavirus, and apparently there was a lot of financial issues due to delayed shipping from US Customs. I'm so damn tired of this global pandemic. Just want the world to go back to normal!! :(

Another Casualty of COVID-19!! Was so sad to find out iDermalight went out of business. I absolutely loved their product and it did wonders for my skin. I spoke with customer service and apparently they were facing a lot of financial difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic affecting shipping prices and significantly delaying shipping times. And then the manufacturer went out of business and they were forced to shut down. Such a pity as their product is so much better than all the "Dermalight" copycats out there. The shipping times were meh but the product was great!

The two reviewers below me are clearly talking about two completely different companies separate and unrelated to iDermalight..... DermalightUSA and MyLEDTherapy. Clearly they're bad copycat alternatives. Now I don't know where I'm going to go to get one for my mom and sister!

Another small business falling casualty to the pandemic... Amazon and all these big tech companies really are going to take over everything because of this virus. Don't know what the world will look like after this if smaller businesses can't survive.

Product shipped from China, which took 5-6 weeks to arrive to the UK( I saw exactly the same one on Wished for £50 so the rest should be the tax & handling fee). Despite of my conspiracy theory, here are some reasons not to buy it:
- Both packaging and the device itself scream cheap Chinese tech. Only an A4 paper that shows instruction in the box. The controller gets boiling hot after 10 mins.
- THE MASK IS VERY HEAVY. It left red marks after one use for hours and my nose was very sore.
- Don't notice any (small) improvement after 1 month of use.

I bought this Dermalight mask from Dermalight USA. I asked in email where it was being sent from and they said UK, USA or Dubai. When it finally arrived it came from China in a pretty battered box. Nevermind the box I went to use it on day 1 and when plugging the travel plug that came with it into the white remote thing it sparked, so I tried again and every time I plugged it in it sparked. I emailed them and they want me to try to get the spark on video or camera. I have tried this and not able to get it on my phone camera. THIS ITEM IS A FIRE HAZARD AND I WANT A REFUND. BUT THEY WONT GIVE ME ONE WITHOUT A VIDEO. THEY SHOULD STATE IT IS NOT FROM CHINA. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

So far not super happy with the company. Ordered May 10th. Still not received. Been stuck in an area now for over 5 days. Still waiting longer than it should once it went through customs. I wouldn’t recommend.

Been using for 2 weeks and so far really happy with the effect on my fine lines and complexion. I was skeptical about LED light devices in general but there really has been a great improvement in my appearance. I highly recommend that everyone at least try it. I typically would have given this product 4 stars instead of 5 because of the long wait to receive the product. It took around 4 weeks for my product to arrive, and I get that we're in a pandemic and there's going to be long wait. BUT, then the company did the sweetest thing... Due to the delay, they provided me with a Full Refund, AND I got to keep the Mask when it came in the mail! So nice! Especially during these hard times, I know it's not easy for small businesses, and I'm so appreciative.

A little feedback for the company and this shipping situation... The customer service rep Rachel explained that my tracking wouldn’t update for 20 days and that because of the pandemic, it was delayed at U.S. Customs after it cleared customs processing, and that this was due to social distancing guidelines for U.S. customs workers. Meaning the tracking doesn’t update and it just stays at customs before being released. I get it, but then I think this company should just develop better relations with U.S. Customs or something so that U.S. customs can update tracking and give the package to USPS. Like how long would it take a Customs officer to go into a computer system and put in one tracking number? Anyways, I get that it's the coronavirus and this whole country is in a wild situation right now, so I'm understanding of it. If you're reading this during COVID 19, def expect a delay. But realize this is an AWESOME company that really values customer service. They refunded me, even though they weren't to blame for the delay and it was because of U.S. Customs. Definitely purchase! I'm super happy with the Mask and it was absolutely worth the wait. Goodbye acne! Will be using it for a long time!!

All I get is the run around also. The quicker version of this fiasco follows. I made my purchase on April 27, 2020. A week after the Derma Light website said that it had arrived in the United States and cleared customs with no additional information on its progress I called Derma Light. I was told "I apologise for the inconvenience. But due to high demand and the current world situation, the total shipping and delivery time is 15-25 business days. (Please note, weekends and holidays are not business days)." I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they would forward it on to one and they would contact me. I got an email giving me a link to their website so that I could track it, given the overseas tracking number and the tracking number for USPS. And told the same thing; "I apologise for the inconvenience. But due to high demand and the current world situation, the total shipping and delivery time is 15-25 business days. (Please note, weekends and holidays are not business days)." After a week with no status change on Derma Lights website I decide to call the United States Postal Service . I was told that even though Derma Lights website said that it had entered the United States and cleared customs, their records showed that it has never been mailed. I again contacted Derma Light and asked why their website said it had entered the United States and cleared customs and the USPS said it had never been mailed. They told me that it was because their web site is not in real time. Being that my background is web development, I asked them how that made any rational sense? Being that if that was the case the USPS would say it was here in the United States and their website would not be updated with that information yet. I was advised to contact my bank and to start a fraud investigation and to stop payment on the product.

On May 19, 2020 I received an email stating they were refunding the cost of the mask and that I could keep the mask when it arrived. They said it was because of no fault of them. I was hesitant that I would receive the mask. In-between this time and now I received status change emails that it was in transit, it was delivered (not) and it was in transit and so on. Today, June 2, 2020 I received my Derma Light that I ordered on April 26, 2020 and was suppose to receive in two weeks. I know it lights up beyond that I haven't had a chance to use it. If their customer service was more informed and could answer honest questions when asked this probably wouldn't have turned out negatively.

I went back and looked at my screen shots, which I take with everything I purchase online. And I looked at the subsequent screen shots from when things went awry. And their website did not state anything about a delay of 25 days because of the pandemic or a 20 day delay after clearing U.S. customs when I was there. Also the email I received when I purchased it stated my mask would arrive in 10-14 days. I am not speaking for anyone else, I wouldn't have the audacity to do so, as some on here have done.

I got mine after 5 weeks of waiting, and honestly, I love it! It has been working great on my skin, definitely is helping clear up my acne and giving me a more youthful appearance. I use a serum after wearing the mask, to boost the collagen promotion effects. I’m also writing this review in response to the others on here about the massive delays and the shipping tracking not moving. DO NOT listen to these reviews, as this product is amazing and totally worth the WAIT! I don’t know why anyone is surprised… we are in the middle of a virus pandemic people. Their website clearly states there will be delays of up to 25 business days. The website clearly details how the packages may be stuck and show no tracking movement for 20 days after clearing U.S. customs, and that tracking wont register with USPS or FedEx until after leaving customs. I don’t get why anyone is surprised. I simply waited it out, like customer service told me to, I got my mask, and I’m super happy with the product. I’d suggest everyone here not listen to the customers expecting amazon Prime shipping times during a pandemic. It is well worth the wait - so hold tight for the product to arrive, and enjoy it! I just ordered one for my mom and can’t wait for her to try it out! Patience and compassion people!

I ordered well over a month ago. I have been given the run-around and no product. They gave me differing tracking information on two different occasions. The customer service emails are a joke. I'm in dispute through my credit card company now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Over all very happy with my purchase. Ordered early April 2020 and I got it faster than I thought it would. It was packaged well.
With consistent use I am noticing improvement to my rosacea and acne. Not sure about wrinkles yet. I like that it has an attachment to cover my neck.
Cons: mostly just an issue with the cord placement on the mask, and the web site is not so professional or legit looking.
Pros: the chat function on the web page actually gets you to chat with a human!

Today after 8 days is the first time I have noticed a difference in my wrinkles, they appear to have evened out... I notice my face needs less moisturizer and an extra bonus... The left side of my face was paralyzed in 2002 and had not completely lifted and feels stiff. When under the red light, my face feels softer on the left now. My smile is lifting... it's been a long time and I believe this is helping that as well!! Thank you!!

It only took me 45 years to finally find a solution to my Rosacea but I have it now. This dermalight mask is most impressive, especially since I can use it on my neck. I use it for about 15 minutes each day and will continue to use it. Once in a while I used the peptide cream they have too but not every time. Overall... its gets my 5 stars!

The DermaLight has proven to be an exciting addition to my beauty device arsenal. So much so that I've retired a few of my other devices. I originally purchased the full facial with neck attachment specifically for treating sun damage spots on my neck. After only 3 weeks of use, my complexion has a remarkable appearance so much so that I get compliments regarding how beautiful my skin is. In addition, it is healing my perioral dermatitis and the contact dermatitis on my lips from a cosmetic allergy. I am thrilled with this purchase. It also stops the progression of early breakouts. I now can go comfortably out with only eye makeup and sunscreen instead of full face makeup. It definitely has boosted my confidence!

One downside is you have to plug it in, instead of it being portable. But it works well ad has improved my skin texture and color a ton, so can't really complain. Happy with the results.

Love what it’s doing for my face! I’m 56 years old and lived in the sunshine for my first 30 years so lots of sun damage – hoping that, with continued use, it reverses some of the damange! I would give 5*’s if it wasn’t so heavy on my face! That being said, great product and well worth the minimal investment! And if you wear it lying down without the strap, it's totally fine!

I have been using this mask 6 days a week for at least 15 min with red light. On their website, I posted a picture with results of using it for only a month. I truly see a difference with lines around my eyes and pigment on my cheeks. The mask is a little heavy.
