I signed up for Idox.ai and was told my payment was declined. However, I later discovered that the payment had actually been taken — not once, but four times. A month later, they charged me two more times without any explanation or authorisation.
I’ve emailed their support team multiple times and have received no response whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable and feels fraudulent. I strongly advise others to stay away from this service until they fix their billing system and start responding to customers.

There is no way to cancel your subscription. Even if you write to them on the website, they continue to charge your credit card and it is expensive.Once you are in you cannot cancel subscription. I am shocked that on the website there is literally no way to cancel subscription. What kind of legit website would do this. Really regret getting this software. I am paying even after my project is over and I have no news from them.
There is not even official email on website. Not recommended at all.

Being billed for months at 85/month for a product I have never used (they can check my account if they actually cared about their customers. Please Avoid this company – their billing practices are terrible, and unsubscribing is clearly designed to be impossible.

As everyone else on here has said, I signed up for the “free” trial and tried to get in touch 3 times within the 7 day period and they still took $85 out of my account. Disputed it with my bank. Such a fraud!

We can upload multiple files at a time which saves us a ton of time. We can even redact Word Docs which saves time from needing to convert files.

Idox stole my money. I have cancelled the subscription within the required time, they continued to take deductions from my credit card for months afterwards and will not answer any communications to resolve this. They have not refunded the amounts despite numerous contact attempts. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

It doesn’t work. The website is so slow that you click the mouse, wait several minutes, walk away, and MAYBE it’ll respond to the click. I’ve timed it. It can take 10 minutes to respond. I’ve had it take so long that it times out and kicked me out for inactivity. Trying to log in even lags so long that the code expires before it registers you entered the code. The one day I had it kind of work, it randomly scrolled to the top of the document, kicked me out, and deleted hours of work. Terrible service. I contacted customer support and got no response. As I told support and hope was sufficiently painful to hear, it’s slower than 90s internet. I can’t even get the system to delete my account. It took about an hour of trying and I still couldn’t get it.

Stay away. There is no way to cancel the trial. Can't delete your account while the subscription is active. Can't delete your credit card details if it's linked to the auto-payment system. It's a vicious cycle.

Is a Scam, I cancelled my subscription before the trial period expired and I have already been charged twice for a premium subscription which was not the one i subscribed for trial. Avoid.
