Overall, a 5-star experience with some minor shortcomings. Clear timelines, generally responsive, organized and structured approach - you can be as involved as you want to be in the process.

After doing some research, it seemed like a lot of attorneys and firms just file the petition, these guys dug into my experience, built a solid strategy and took care of the case. I'd recommend to anyone eyeing the U.S for relocation.

In terms of the cons, there were a few delays in achieving some of the scheduled milestones and in provide some of the required information for my petition. Despite this, it all came together in the end, and my O-1A visa was approved in really good time!

On September 20 I was approved for an O1 visa as a teacher/educator and communication strategiest. Here's a brief summary of my experience.

A bit of a frustrating backstory: I had three attempts to start working with private lawyers from the US but things just didn't work out. When you are used to have more product oriented approach and deadlines, it becomes tough to deal with constant forgetfulness and a ton of unnecessary little tasks.

Also, solo attorneys tend to work based on their own ideas of how things should be done, without any clear structure or external oversight. This makes it impossible to follow any established process or seek a second opinion.

Based on recommendation, I decided to go with the iDreem team. Long story short: I am super satisfied.

Work-wise: within two weeks, the team analyzed my case, put together a strategy and created a tasklist for gathering documents, and completing briefs. Then came the process of collecting documents and preparing the petition. They even set up personal chat for me on Telegram with my dedicated case manager, and lawyer, where we handled all the questions between our calls.

It's important to note that my case wasn't standard. The position of a communication strategiest doesn't fit the typical job examples that clearly meet the O1 criteria so I had to combine my teaching experience with my work as a strategist.

I want to start with the weekly reports. They play a key role in ensuring transparency and visibility of processes. I'm always aware of the current status of my O-1 case, which simplifies time management and balancing tasks with my main activities.
My case manager, Anastasia, is always available, and I'm grateful to her for that. She promptly and comprehensively answers all of my questions.
By the way, I was choosing between Dreem Relocation and a lawyer who handles the entire process alone. I’ve chosen Dreem because they told me about their specialisation in cases for business, IT specialists, and even start-ups. We even spoke the same language. Their attorneys understand clearly what to include in the case and how to meet the criteria specifically for a business case. I believe this is a significant advantage when choosing a company.
Of course, there are some areas that need improvement. For example, sometimes the task system setup may not be ideal, but I think they will fix it quickly. Also, unfortunately, the timelines for writing some letters have moved.
I see Dreem as a very competitive company in the immigration market. Significant growth is inevitable. I will continue following them even when I move to the USA. The atmosphere in the team is so pleasant that I don't want to say goodbye!
