Customer friendly service - prompt and efficient

ID security have Given us the highest levels of home Security for our family in an understated way.
It has given us peace of mind and the ability to check control and manage our home remotely when we are away. This is key for us. Most importantly it is always a pleasure to deal with the team if I have a problem then it is sorted swiftly. I would have no hesitation to recommend ID security to my friends, family and colleagues

Very happy with the assistance and service ID Security have provided to intruder alarm and CCTV systems.
Very knowledgeable and friendly to provide options during survey and quotation. Installation was no problem at all, good install and clean/ tidy.
Demonstrated the systems and software to us and very helpful with any queries and resolve any issues.

We turned to ID Security Systems about 6 years ago, after wanting a more up to date security system. We have been treated as valued customers ever since and if there has even been an issue, it has been very easy to get assistance. Highly recommended.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for these guys, approach everything with a positive, friendly professional attitude.
ID Security installed and oversee the maintenance of all our security needs. It makes me feel safer knowing I'm in their capable hands. Everyone from the engineers to the customer support team are fabulous, you won't find a better company to entrust your security systems too :-)

ID were contracted to supply, fit and commission an extension to our existing alarm (fitted by them). First booked engineer visit did not have any parts for install on van. Second booked engineer visit had parts specified by ID but were incompatible with the existing alarm (installed by them). Third booked visit parts installed but engineer left as could not get system working and stated part likely faulty. Few days later get invoiced for work. Responded in writing that job incomplete and would not pay until it was. Few weeks later payment reminder. Responded in writing referencing first email. Few months later threatening email stating that other services we have, such as alarm monitoring, which is separately invoiced and paid for has been stopped and to contact our insurance. Called but conveniently was advised no one available to speak to me. Matter now passed to legal advisers.

Worth Unlimited is an independent Youth and Community charity working with vulnerable young people in some of the most deprived communities within Birmingham.  Our main community Hub is based in the Firs and Bromford community where Young people faceyouth unemployment rates over double the national average with child povertyrates in the highest 2% in the entire country. our work aims to inspire hope and change the lives of these young people.
ID security have been supporting our project since 2013 when we suffered a number of break-ins to our community building and Bike shop social enterprise, and they installed a brand new security system/alarm to both properties free of charge.  This was integral in helping us as staff feel safe and able to re-invest in equipment and activities for the young people. Over the years ID security have kept the system in good working order and always been on hand to help when needed.  more recently this alarm system had become out of date and we also had the need for some CCTV equipment to be installed.  Again, ID security were more than happy to help us and find a package and price that worked for our project, speaking to the manufacturers to get the project in at cost and fit the system for us.  For a project like ours when funding is so tight and the need we see on a daily basis is so great, spending limited budget on things like an alarm system or CCTV doesn't always seem like the best investment of our limited resources (as important as those things are) so the help and support Denis and the team at ID Security provide us makes such a difference and means those valuable resources can be spent where they are desperately needed most! Thanks again for all your help!

We have worked with ID Security Systems for many years and to this day, continue to find them efficient, responsive, helpful, friendly and polite in all matters. ID provided a number of security systems and continue to maintain them. We have found their advice and workmanship to be sound. There is no "hard sell". All round, a great company to work with.

Started off with a great relationship and customer service. Recently more and more problems with installed equipment much of which still under warranty.
Double charging for engineer time and then sending rude and disrespectful emails when this is queried. Customer service is slow to none existent as they focus on lucrative large scale work while forgetting existing end customers.

Ian, Dennis and Cam were absolutely brilliant when assessing our requirements and then fitting a first rate security system. I would certainly recommend them

Outstanding service. We had a system installed by another company and what they left us with was shambolic. You and your team not only helped fix the problem but advised how we could further improve our companies safety. Special thanks goes to Ian Harris who went above and beyond to diagnose and fix an issue that had baffled numerous technicians for over a year.

After sale service support has been excellent, highly recommend this company from my experience they do more than what they say on the tin.
