I ordered luminol blood reagent. The bottle came labeled invisible theft detection. I contacted customer service and was told this is how it is packaged. Very confusing. I am still not sure I have the correct product. Ordering was easy and Judy in customer service was very friendly and tried to be helpful

Shipping cost too high for SLOW delivery!

Great product, super fast shipping. Could not be more satisfied.

I ordered my products about a week before delivery, it was out of stock at the moment so they had to drop ship it to me. The estimated arrival date was on point though. 10/10 Would order from here again!

I called the company to tell them the product was faulty ,spoke with a customer service agent and said she would send out new ones and that has yet to happen. No update or anything.

All went smooth from ordering, paying and having product delivered on time. Will be back when we need more

Where is my order? Didn’t get any update after i placed my order a week ago. They already charged my account. Which kinda business you guys are doing?

I placed my order on 9/19/24, and it still has not shipped as of 10/3/24. I got a prompt to review my items before my items even left the warehouse. Hopefully, they are of good quality and worth the wait, but the wait is WAY more than I anticipated.

They carry hard to find products unique to specific businesses such as forensics.

Worst experiance. No one knows the status of our order and its not yet shipped. Order was placed 15days back.

It took too long too registrar

I paid for a 2nd day delivery and had emailed to ask where it was 5 days later but no one ever got back to me. I waited a couple more days(7 days after order placed) because i never heard back and CS says nothing is in stock. I would think if you know that the customer never gets back to you about an order via email, it might be a good idea to contact them by phone, specially if i paid for 2nd day, that usually means that you need the product.

Items have not arrived, called to check on my order and was told the company's internet was down. Took my number and advised they would call back when internet came back up, have not done so yet.

I ordered from the company because I was advised that the item was in stock.

Easy to order, but no instructions that I see. Have not used yet, but will at the end of the month when my friend comes to visit to be my witness. Question... Can this be used on the same spot more than once?
