Could not purchase in the the Republic of Ireland

I ordered some male perfume from them and didn’t take to long to arrive I tried it out but the spray wasn’t working so I emailed them and they responded quite quickly, they asked for a short video to prove it wasn’t working then nothing I’ve sent about 10 emails asking for this problem to be sorted but nothing it’s like they never existed so now I’m stuck with perfume that I can’t use absolutely useless.

The delivery from Denmark to Ireland was so fast. Received my parcel this morning only ordered last week. Unreal with what was a Bank holiday week. Well done and keep up the good work

Took money out of my account 2 months after I fully paid for an item

Made a purchase with great discounts and no issues - timely tracked delivery. And then this morning Bazta tried to put through a transaction on my card for a purchase I didn’t make. Thankfully there wasn’t sufficient funds on the card so it was declined.
Have blocked them and would not use again.
