Igaming regulated operator-sport bet app Swiper- nice on a first, with nice welcome bonuses…only they are not giving rewards for their promotions(I met requirements) after not giving me my rewards and me not using app, they send me 2 bonus bets by 10$
I used one and won 50$(the other one disappeared)

Made a withdrawal about which their customer service says it’s processed and approved but still after a month of withdrawals attempts, withdrawals are are not approved for me and I have 372$ dollars on account and they don’t want to pay my money and dodging me instead with dozens of mails in which they keep on asking for more time🤷‍♂️
More time than a month for approving withdrawal?!
I complained already to Igaming’s but so far with no result-are you guys corrupted, bribed?why you are allowing these scammers to dodge us and not giving us our money in a months
My next steps are reporting them both(igaming and Swiper) to AGCO, OPP investigation and Enforcment bureau and wherever needed.
As I’m sure that my case is not exception,
I’m inviting all of you who had a same or similar experience with Swiper and Igaming to join me in this process and potentially law suit-(
it’s already 3 of us(users of platforms regulated by igaming with exactly same or similar issues.

what protects the consumer?
they locked my account asking for income
i sent them that they let mr play then locked my account the very next day asking its time to submit my i.d. after years of being on the site
my driver's license expired on the 5th oct but i renewed it on line and have the receipt

so you give these idiots more power as offshore who knows what from gibralter malta etc non extrodition countries more rights then canadians

I thought IGaming would protect customers against scam sites. I got scammed for my deposit on bet365 and IGaming said sites can take your money and close your account at their discretion. My deposit is still on the site and I guess they don't have to return it. I didn't even get to play due to restrictions.

When iGaming came into Ontario, their platforms is 98% of the poorest odds to happen for the Ontario Player's. The only good from their sites, is most of their platform withdraws are fast, but doesn't compensate for the poor game payouts, poor game plays or poor bonus plays. I'm not impressed with their platforms, and now, they want to expand to the rest of Canada. Up-date Apr/26/26; I've played on every casino in their group of scam casinos. Their casinos are only rigged to scam or rob the Ontario Player's.

Honestly, I don't get how igaming it's getting away with manipulating people's casino accounts to cheat them. Every new account I open in Ontario, which they are associated with works absolutely fine for five whole minutes. The games are fair for 5 minutes. I opened a new account yesterday to play, betano as I'm a new customer, I play the exact same game. That is my favorite in all of the casinos.. break daw Bank again. Magaways. Game starts off great for the first 5 minutes. I thought okay. I found a casino that's not going to cheat me. 5 minutes later I'm getting cheated till everything is gone. I open a brand new account to try out tooniebet casino. Starts off almost great right away. Try to load up my favorite game to play starts off great for 5 minutes. Everything's spinning well. 5 minutes later back to cheating until I suck every penny up every single spin I take on this game 40 times in a row 50 times in a row. Every spin is a debt till they stole everything again. I don't understand how igaming is getting away with doing this. I don't know if they're downloading malware into my device or jamming my account somehow, but I am going to be contacting the premium of Ontario. Doug Ford come Monday morning about this. This has to stop. Every single one of my casino accounts that are associated with igaming do all the same cheating habits and patterns and it's getting very disgusting. What is going on?. I don't know how the government of Ontario and Canada is living. This corporation do this to so many players with so many bad reviews and is still continuing on. Random does not work in this manner in multiple casino accounts. It just does not happen. I had no problem whatsoever with any online casino until AGCO stepped in and put igaming in charge with every casino and then every one thing went to crap. This manipulation and game rigging got to stop one way or another and I'm going to be contacting Doug Ford about this. This is beyond sickening and disgusting.

The regulatory oversight provided by iGaming Ontario appears insufficient in addressing the deceptive practices employed by online gambling platforms. There is a critical need for enhanced protection for Ontario residents against misleading promotional offers, particularly deposit bonuses with excessive playthrough requirements (such as 6x or 10x multipliers). These requirements effectively prevent withdrawals until completion, which statistically ensures players will lose their initial deposits.

Additionally, the withdrawal options offered by many platforms are problematic. Some sites only provide wire transfer as a withdrawal method, which is particularly burdensome for Canadian customers since most Canadian banks impose fees ranging from $15 to $20 to receive wire transfers. This creates an additional financial penalty for players attempting to access their own funds.

A more robust regulatory framework is needed to ensure transparent bonus terms, reasonable playthrough requirements ((anything more than a 1x playthrough requirement is unreasonable) and diverse, cost-effective withdrawal options that don't unfairly penalize Ontario residents who choose to participate in the regulated online gambling market.

I gaming is the worst thing to happen to Ontario. We have been segregated from the rest of the country we are not allowed to play on any sites unless they are ran by igaming I do not believe that this should be mandatory I believe this should be an option. I gaming has come in and destroyed the gambling industry for Ontario all over their selfish greedy selves they have not thought about anybody in Ontario they have just thought about what lines their pockets they have ruined gambling for Ontario and they have segregated us from the rest of the country our own countrymen and we cannot play with them I gaming you should be gone nobody likes you nobody wants you you should not be mandatory you should be an option cuz I would rather get ripped off than deal with any of your stupid casinos.

I'm glad that the online market is regulated in Ontario but these guys are just the face of it. No mandate to create a single job in ontario to apply for a gaming licence. They don't mediate disputes players and casinos. They don't offer reviews or ranking of differents sites or allow players to post here as a warning if they spot a scam. I guess people work there? not sure what they do?

These third party hired by the government won't do anything and iGaming Ontario saying it's safer to play on their licensed sites. they are just selling licenses and that's all. They also tell you to contact AGCO and they do nothing either. I have permantely self excluded on many of the third party casino sites due to a gambling problem but i was able to make multiple accounts... I even one time begged the casinos to self exclude me instead they asked me to deposit money because i have 80 cents on my account and they need to make my account 0 before closing... You know what happen i after i deposit lost even more...

Still igaming ontario and agco won't do anything they clearly told me i need to go legal route and they are not responsible of getting any money from these casino's.

There are cases where people wont several thousands and dollars and a lot of these major casino's are not paying out because they got igaming by there pockets.

In all instances where it's fault on the casino i have yet to get a dime.
