Good quick response to my purchase, lots of updates /emails updating the delivery, very satisfied with the purchase which was sent to my daughters house (I’m in the U.K.) however the photo of the delivery against the front door was a bit worrying as the photo was taken in front of a red door within a porch which wasn’t hers. However the package was delivered to her house and on time.

Fruit hamper was amazing quality! It arrived on time and I continuously received updates.
Would highly recommend.

Delivery took longer than I was led to believe, and being fruit for my elderly parents, by the time the item was received, some of the fruit was not edible, and had to be thrown away.
Not really fair considering the price of the hamper !!

Amount and quality of fruit and flowers fell short of what was shown in the advertised photos.

Everything went really well. My family received the hamper in good order and condition at the time it was said they would and they absolutely loved it. What more could a Mum want?

I bought the hamper for a friend for whose husband had died. I rang on the Thursday afternoon to speak to someone as I wanted it delivered on the Friday but there was only a answering message saying to order online. Which I did paying an extra $20 for a faster delivery.

The hamper got delivered on the Monday afternoon.

If I had known it wouldn’t have been delivered on the Friday I would have looked around for another place.

Wonderful gift box that was very well received. Looked beautiful. Fruit was fresh. Would definitely buy again.

Excellent customer service! Delivery was to outside the Sydney Metro area but after letting them know that I really wanted next day delivery for a very special birthday, they ensured that it happened. Couldn’t be happier.

Extremely underwhelming and overpriced. Very poor communication. Phone number goes to a recorded message. Email replies take several hours. Staff very unhelpful. Would not recommend using this service. As for your claims that this is a fake review. My order number is #300535 and this is a legitimate review.

Strongly not recommend. The delivery address placed when ordering was not correctly given to the delivery courier. I received no notification there was an error, I had to manually check the tracking service offered by the courier. When I asked for support from iGifts, they did not reconcile the delivery address. Refused to answer any of my emails or online chat for 2 business days (and then no response over the weekend). By the Monday, igift only communication was to talk to the courier company or pick the package up myself from the depot. Extremely poor customer service.

Ordered a fruit basket for a work colleague whose mother had recently passed away as it's a beautiful, yet practical gift for someone who's grieving. They arrived on time and a photo was emailed to me as proof of delivery so I'm happy to recommend iGift Hampers!
