Bought vape pods from this company, one of them was faulty. I emailed them, they ignored my emails and there is no way to contact them online.
Avoid like the plague!

Ordered a rechargeable pen and 3 pods of their website. Took over a week to arrive despite paying £5 for postage. The pen seemed to be working fine for about 3 weeks, but it now won't charge. I've contacted customer services about the 12-month warranty. They replied after about 4 days with what looked like a copy-paste reply, with a list of things to try (which I already had). They haven't replied since, after sending a further 2 emails.

Terrible website. Does not help you to complete order. I ordered three times before I could use the device. Some of the product is incompatible and therefore useless. Help your customers, the route you have chosen ends with dissatisfaction.
