Ignite Plumbing Services (Scotland) Ltd レビュー

Booked Ignite Plumbing to carry out an annual boiler service. Excellent experience. Good communication. Arrived on time. Professional service. Highly recommend.

Excellent service again from Alan to service our boiler and gas fire.

The whole process is simple from booking the appointment through to any changes to schedule, through to the actual job which was done seamlessly and well!

I was very pleased and fully satisfied with the repair, maintenance and servicing regarding of our 4 gas boilers. Alan's booking system is very efficient and well organised, keeping customers fully advised on expected times of arrival. His service provides full and comprehensive details and reportage on all work carried out and quoted in advance. He was also able to work flexibly around some of our own operational times which was helpful.

Used Ignite for the first time last year because of the excellent reviews. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the reasonable price. I have recently used them again for some work on the central heating system and a repair to a leaky cistern. Again very happy with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

We cannot thank Ignite Plumbing enough for there effort in helping us with one of our sites we look after in Livingston. The whole process was completely effortless from beginning to the end. We would definitely recommend and we will be sure to use this company again. Great service all round. Thanks again to everyone involved with the works. All the team at One Source Facilities Ltd.

We used Ignite Plumbing to help sort a boiler problem and they have been absolutely incredible. From the very first point of contact they have been extremely professional, trust worthy, friendly and helpful. They keep in contact to keep you up-to-date about any problems they find and how they are going to sort it. Alan is really knowledgable and goes above and beyond to help. I had complete faith in everything he was doing. I will not need to look any further now when I next need any trade help, as I will use Alan as my first point of call for help. Thanks again for such an incredible service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable tradesman.

This is the second time that I have called on Ignite and on both occasions I have been really impressed by the speed of response and overall service. They diagnosed the problem with an underfloor heating installation within minutes and arranged for replacement parts to be fitted same day, having fitted an appointment in at short notice. Very nice to deal with and very trustworthy and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I've used Ignite for an annual service and for investigating central heating problem. On both occasions communications were excellent with updates on expected arrival time. Alan was friendly and obviously competent in his work. Rates very reasonable too. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service from Ignite Plumbing Service when we had the annual boiler checkup done. Kept us informed throughout the process

Sent ETA on day of fix plus courtesy call. Arrived on time and replaced tap quickly and professionally. Great service

Had tried several other Plumbers, including family friends but no one was interested in the job we had until I contacted Ignite and they were great, very responsive and got our shower working again after months of it being broken. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and we will use them again. Thanks guys

They must be good, as they are in demand and it took a bit longer than I would have liked to get my job booked in, but the day came, faultless workmanship, very clean and tidy on the job, and after giving an estimate based on photos sent, they actually came in £25 cheaper! I would happily Recommend Ignite plumbing and I have their contact details now so if I ever again need a plumber........first port of call!!

Great friendly and efficient service. I would highly recommend.
