I had a great experience with Gina Huffman at Rinvio. She really worked hard to get me in touch with a company that fit my experience and qualifications.

Gina not only reached out to me about employment, but when it didn't work out the first time, she still stayed in contact.

She always gave her best for me, and she stayed on top of it as well, and eventually, I did secure the job I was supposed to get.

To make matters worse, the Texas Workforce Commission confirmed that I was misclassified as an independent contractor when I was actually an employee. The company still owes me wages I rightfully earned.

It’s disappointing to see a company operate this way. If you’re considering working here, be aware—loyalty isn’t a two-way street, and even top performers aren’t guaranteed fair treatment.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Ignite Recruitment/Rinvio. Despite promises of growth and fair compensation, I was never paid anything beyond commission, which created significant financial instability. On top of that, the CEO fostered a toxic work environment, frequently threatening and coercing employees into working overtime without any additional pay. The manipulative leadership style made it impossible to feel valued or supported.

Adding insult to injury, my previous honest review about the company was flagged and replaced with one praising the CEO—allegedly written by an NBA player who, to my knowledge, has never worked for this company. This kind of dishonest behavior perfectly reflects the lack of integrity and accountability at Ignite Recruitment/Rinvio.

I would not recommend working here to anyone seeking a healthy, ethical, or professional workplace.

During my time with Rinvio, I observed troubling patterns in how employees were treated. Account Executives would dedicate months to building client relationships and securing jobs, only to be abruptly let go without clear justification. After their departure, their hard-earned clients and projects were consistently reassigned to a select few favored by the owner. This creates a toxic and demoralizing work environment, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a professional and fair workplace.

I honestly have not come across a more unprofessional company than Ignite Recruitment/Rinvio. The amount of disrespect and condescending interactions with the CEO is mind blowing. Do yourself a favor and use any other company but this one.

We worked with Gina to fill two critical management roles at our electronics manufacturing company, PPSI.
