Ik zie dat jullie actief reageren op reviews, dus hopelijk helpt dit om mijn aanvraag wat sneller te laten verwerken. Ik zou het waarderen als hier met spoed naar gekeken wordt.

Verder werkt de site op zich prima en is het gebruiksvriendelijk, maar een snelle en betrouwbare uitbetaling is voor mij het belangrijkste.

Voor nu geef ik 2 sterren. Ik kom later terug om mijn review aan te passen zodra mijn uitbetaling netjes is afgerond.

I have done a withdrawal for over 48 hours ago. Still didnt get any update of payment.

If i am starting a live chat they always say that they are working on it and it will get paid soon.

I asked in a mail to close my account, after 1 day and a half they still didnt do it. When i asked to cancel the request of closure they answered in a minute.

This kind of websites will get you more trouble then joy. It is build for people with gambling addiction because they.

I give you guys an example : if you ask for a deposit limit of 50€ a week, they answer fast that it is set. Now, if you ask like a day after to increase the deposit limit, they increase it within a minute. How gamble safe is this website? How in earth is this kind of website allowed for all kind of users? All their agents are AI bots with all the same answers..

They won't let you close your account which is illigal.

I am trying to get a full closure here now for 8 days but they keep asking me if i maybe want a temporarerly closure which i clearly told them NO

Be aware of this casino, no license and they break their own rules.

I requested a permanent self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons because I wanted to completely stop gambling.

Instead of respecting that decision, my account somehow became accessible again without my request or consent. That is completely unacceptable.

What makes this even worse is that when you try to block your account, they push back. You receive emails, offers and even suggestions like “we can block it only for a short period and then you can play again.” That is the exact opposite of responsible gambling.

Of course people can lose money at a casino — that’s part of gambling. But when someone clearly decides to stop and asks for a permanent block, it should be respected immediately.

Instead, this platform seems more focused on keeping players gambling and losing money than protecting them. Reopening access and tempting players again is extremely irresponsible and dangerous.

If you ever decide you want to stop gambling on this platform, be aware: it may not be as easy to walk away as they claim.

Mijn man heeft over de 200 euro gewonnen, hij moest al zijn gegevens verifiëren, o.a. een foto van zijn ID kaart. Dit netjes gedaan. Het bedrag zou worden uitbetaald, dit gebeurd echter niet. Telkens als hij belt wordt hem verteld dat het nú echt uitbetaald zal worden. Tot op heden is dit echter niet gebeurd.

Il me demande un relevé bancaire (après pleins d’autres demandes que j’ai exécuté), j’en envoie donc un officiel téléchargé sur mon appli et cette fois ci ce document est refusé car « pas adapté ». The withdrawl process is fine but making the actual withdraws is the biggest nightmare i have encountered.I did my first withdraw without issues and now i cant do anymore it seems like. They use the classic tactic of delay so users will play their winnings because they delay withdraws for weeks with no reason and the support is beyond useless , they cant do anything but sent 2 different templates at all your questions and concerns without even trying to help. You will see Igor,Melissa,Chase that copy paste responses and templates for everything.
I kept asking their support when will my withdraw be processed and why is it taking so long and they deleted my live chat. Insane work.

Stay away if you want a peace of mind. There are plenty casinos that do not use this delay tactic.
