Great customer support and products
I liked working with the IGO Promo team as they were very helpful, they made sure everything was one time and kept constant communication. Our order was time sensitive and they were very professional. The quality of the products were very good and we were happy with the print.
The only complaint is that we ordered a colour, approved the print, and then they called me to say that that colour is not in stock, although it was still appearing available on the website. But they handled the communication very well during this situation.

Thank you kindly for your lovely review and for taking the time to share your experience with us.
Weâre delighted to hear that you were happy with our service, communication, and the quality of the products and imprint.
We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to learn that the colour youâd chosen was out of stock, even though it appeared available online. Itâs likely that the item was ordered at the same time by another customer â as we supply to 14 countries, this can very occasionally happen, though thankfully not often.
Weâre pleased that an alternative colour worked out and that the issue was sorted quickly. Our sincere apologies again for the inconvenience, and many thanks for your patience and understanding.
We hope to have the pleasure of handling another order for you in the future.
All the best,
IGO Promo

Thanks a million for your review.
As discussed over the phone, the mix-up happened because youâve placed orders with two different companies within our group. Youâve a separate account for each, but since the same email address was used, it caused a bit of a mismatch in the customer details.
Weâre glad we could clear it up for you, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

In the meantime, you have spoken with our colleague Eleonora by phone and concluded together that our item description may have caused some confusion regarding your expectation of receiving 30 SPF sunscreen, whereas you actually received 30 ml of sunscreen with SPF 25. As discussed, we will update our product description to make the details clearer for future customers.
Thank you once again for your feedback.
Kind regards,

Weâre sorry to hear that youâre not entirely satisfied.
Weâve looked into this matter and can see from the Track & Trace that the order was delivered on the same day you submitted your review. That said, weâre sorry that the Trustpilot email was sent out prior to the delivery being completed. Weâll be working on a solution to prevent this from happening again.
Thank you for your understanding.
