IGO Promo レビュー

Very easy to deal with all along the designing process, great customer service, excellent delivery time and product just as expected. I would highly recommend to any businesses, big or small!

Very good service. Communication was clear and always speedy. Product was exactly as described. All in all excellent service.

Fantastic service

Quick service, good price

High professional service. Continuous communication throughout the order process. Delivery excellent and product as what we ordered.

As a first time buyer, the whole experience was effortless. The finished product is printed with our company logo added and looks very effective. Very happy with the service overall.

Very happy with the service, quick response and delivery time. Good quality products

Great service, super quick postal too. Delighted with umbrellas we purchased.

Selection of products is super, however for a repeat order the manufacturer changed and therefore it reduced the quality and altered the original colouring.

There was also duplication of processes and I was being billed twice, and then chased for payment that'd been made in advance.

Very happy with the printed promotional umbrellas I bought. It’s my fist time using this company and I highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service , good value for money really easy to design exactly what we needed & would certainly recommend IGO .
Staff excellent Chris & Nate responded to all my queries promptly and professionally.

Very good communication with the customer.
One set of items was dispatched a little bit later then promised, but the second set of items was delivered earlier. Overall I was happy with the delivery.
The quality of the items was not the best. The size of the t-shorts I ordered was smaller than what was written on the label (eg. size L was more like a size M, size XL was like size L)

Some slight issues with communication at the beginning but great support from Jacob who was reassuring and competent the whole way through. Order delivered on time and everything exactly as requested.

My sixth class and I used IGO Promotions to source a product that the children had come up with for a whole class business as part of the Junior Entrepreneur Programmer. I found the service fantastic, Jacob and his team were so helpful and the product was just what we had asked for. They were very prompt in their delivery of our order and made the whole process of ordering our product very easy. Thank you IGO Promotions, our business was a huge success.

Fantastic customer service.
Quick response always.
Thank you.

Very messy, confusing experience.

Dealer with this company previously and always had a very good experience- however not so much recently.

Products were good-just complicated messy process to get them.

I ordered hoodies for my company back in November 2017.
One lot shipped and arrived, the other disappeared into the ether. 5 months later after chasing down the sales department with emails and phone calls. Nothing. Finally, I emailed again and got a refund. I had to re order after 5-6 months. The hoodies finally arrived. (They were the wrong color) I would not recommend based on my experience and handling of my case. To add insult to injury, they have sent me numerous debt collection agency demand letters for their mistake. I’m sure I’ll get another after they read this review.
