The system is versatile, easy to operate via the app, and delivers almost instant, consistent warmth. Love this system. I was very sceptical at first but after being nag%ged by my wife to look into it l found the science behind it to be encouraging. The installation cost was reasonable. The guys fitted the heating membranes , boarded and plaster skimmed over them , all without disturbing my existing downlights. As an electrician myself I installed the mains power supplies to and from the room thermostats. The finished result is that the house is much more evenly heated, to a very accurate temperature and for at least a 3rd off the electrical running cost. We can control and monitor the systems use remotely from our phones using the simple to use app. Highly recommend it. Kevin Day

We are very satisfied with the whole process – from ordering and advice to delivery. Installation was straightforward, and the test went smoothly. We placed panels directly on the heating foil, and once switched on, the warmth is felt instantly across the entire surface. The thermostat has an intuitive menu, and the app makes it easy to monitor everything. As for long-term use, we will update later, but so far it looks like there will be no issues.

Customer service team helpful about return process - mother in law misunderstood that we'd bought her an SOS alarm and bought another one. Returned the one I'd ordered but refund was less than the original cost. However, the button needs a 'gateway' device to make it work - having contacted iHelios they have apologised this detail was left off the product page and dispatched one for us.

We absolutely love our IHelios Living Reinvented smart heating system! Being able to control the temperature in each room from the app is a total game-changer. Whether we're at home or away, we can adjust the heating with just a tap. It’s not only convenient but also helps us save energy. Really recommend it!

iHelios is definitely the future of heating, we have it in our office and it is never cold. It's an eco-friendly and healthy heat and I'm sure soon this product will be used anywhere and everywhere.
