My name is Lilia Borta,I was renting on 4a St Giles terrace,NN12BN,their are lires,and put me to pay,money that legally I don’t need to pay,as well on this address is a big problem with the electricity bill,I paid monthly corectly but on the end they make a bill
Of 1700£ for 6 months,in a small flat,they charged me for ending early my rent and after that dont give me my deposit!!!please stay aware of them!!!!

Initially, I requested a one-year property lease and provided you with my job letter, which clearly outlined the probationary terms applicable to NHS Surgeons. You agreed to these terms. However, instead of waiting for me to sign the contract, you signed it without my consent. This situation leaves me vulnerable to potential contract termination by Northampton Hospital, which could result in my inability to meet rent obligations.

In January 2023, I terminated the contract as previously discussed, and you acknowledged my intention to vacate by initiating the property's marketing. Nevertheless, you later denied having commenced this marketing effort. Evidence on Zoopla clearly indicated the property's availability for rent, and in accordance with our agreement, I planned to leave on July 21st. I also observed that approximately eight prospective tenants had viewed the property before our departure. You have been consistently sending me emails that threaten legal action and falsely accuse me of damaging the property, despite my leaving it in the same condition as when I moved in, with the same furniture. I have repeatedly explained that I work as an emergency NHS surgeon, and these recurrent, threatening emails have adversely affected my ability to deliver medical services.

Furthermore, when I expressed my concerns to you, your responses remained unchanged.

Consequently, I am now seeking action from the court and the ombudsman to address this matter.

I am writing this review to share my horrendous experience with iLetPro, an estate agents company. My interactions with them were nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this awful company.

First and foremost, their customer service skills are abysmal. They demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and failed miserably at effectively communicating with both the landlord and tenants. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with their incompetence and lack of timely responses.

To make matters worse, our assigned agent, Ava Wang, was exceptionally rude throughout the entire process. Instead of providing the support and assistance we expected, she treated us with disrespect and disdain. It was truly disheartening to be on the receiving end of such unprofessional behavior.

However, the worst part of our ordeal came when iLetPro abruptly canceled our application less than a week before our scheduled move-in date. Shockingly, they failed to inform us or offer any explanation for this sudden change of plans. This left us scrambling for alternative accommodation at the last minute, causing significant stress and inconvenience.

Overall, my experience with iLetPro has been nothing short of a disaster. Their terrible customer service, inability to communicate effectively, and the extremely rude behavior of Ava Wang have left me with a strong desire to warn others about this company's unprofessionalism. I urge you to avoid iLetPro at all costs, as they are an unreliable and disreputable estate agents company.

I sincerely hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for those considering iLetPro. It is essential to find a reputable and trustworthy company to assist with your housing needs, and unfortunately, iLetPro falls far short of meeting those expectations.

Please take my advice and save yourself from the headaches, frustration, and disappointment that comes with dealing with iLetPro.

Just interested in money! Viewed a property. Nice agent but she would have to be to get people in the property. Got told about a scheme called reposit, don't do it!! Didn't get told that if you fail the reference they keep your deposit! Worst thing is I've been negatively affected financially by covid, which wasn't taken into account. Just got told I must either pay 4-6 months in advance or get a guarantor. When I challenged the deposit I was told that I had lied about my finances even though I sent my bank statements and a financial statement from my previous years tax return. Don't rent from these guys if you are a low income worker or are self employed. All I can say is, money grabbers!!!!!!
