Excellent company, after an initial shipping issue they quickly fixed it. Fantastic customer service, great products and prices.

Excellent service and communication - changed out-of- stock item with superior replacement at no extra charge. All goods arrived safely on time - perfect!

Unfortunately, although my order was well packaged, one of the jars was damaged and leaking. I have twice emailed the company to request a refund or replacement but I have had no response. I cannot find a phone number to telephone them. Disappointing as I would like to be able to buy other products!
Update: the company got in touch and has refunded the cost of the damaged jar.

Cheese, though pricey, was absolutely delicious. My daughter said it was divine.
The gluten free panettone was tasty, but a little on the dry side.

I was able to order a pack of dried peppers I had been searching to purchase for some time. Delivery was quick, delivery charge acceptable. Good range of products too.

It's pricey, but rare. Bergamot jam - delivered quickly, and safely packaged.
The flavour is astonishing! It's sharp and very natural tasting; not overly sweet. The high percentage of fruit means the texture is soft and reminiscent of continental confiture.
