Great quality item, seamless delivery, but the company doesn't understand basic consumer law and their website is in violation of it. They tell customers they are not entitled to a shipping refund unless an item is faulty - this is completely false, misleading and against the law. They pushed back when I pointed it out and eventually I sent them a link to the government website that is quite clear on this (and has been for decades) and I then got my refund. I've checked in with them since but 3 weeks later they still haven't fixed the incorrect policies they have written on their returns page. Its illegal to mislead customers on their rights so it should be a priority to remove this wording from their returns page?

Bought this T-shirt (oil can cloudweave) for my husband to wear to Coachella and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. (It’s also our first time buying from this company) be advised it is not a regular length tshirt. Perfect amount of crop. Husband is 5’7. I think if we went with a medium it might’ve been too cropped. So a large was a good decision.
As for the shirt, the boxy fit is perfect—structured without feeling stiff—and the fabric is noticeably heavy and thick, yet still really soft. Even the collar feels solid and snug, not flimsy or loose like a lot of tees end up being. You can just tell this shirt is going to hold up after many washes and still look great.
The price point might seem a little high at first, but it’s absolutely worth it for the quality. Shipping was a bit expensive since it was international and I’m in California, but it arrived surprisingly fast—about five business days.
I wish I had something to compare it to, but I’ve genuinely never felt a T-shirt like this before. We used to buy a lot from Represent because I thought that was good quality… turns out I was wrong. This is what a quality T-shirt actually feels like. I’m absolutely happy with this purchase and will definitely be ordering more for our Coachella trip.

I can recommend Illicitbloc products to anyone. I recently bought some T-shirts and caps, which are very well made. The caps are also sent in a nice red box.

I also contacted customer service regarding a delivery. I was very impressed with Illicitbloc's service, as they responded quickly and presented a very good solution.

Conclusion: A very cool company with incredibly beautiful products! :-)
