Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience you've experienced. Certain phone numbers require verification documents in order to comply with international regulations, and we reserve the right to request these documents as necessary.
In your case, we have not yet received the required verification documents, which is why your number activation is currently pending.
If you would like assistance submitting these documents or prefer to cancel your order, please contact our support channels directly, and we'll gladly help resolve the situation promptly.
We appreciate your understanding.

Technical support is late in responding and solving problems. I beg them to solve a problem on their own and they promised me that my number would be issued within minutes, but that did not happen unfortunately. They put me in a loop and delayed me a lot until now my problem has not been solved yet. Eveytime they reply me after almost 20 minutes. So, it`s totally worthless and timeless. Do not recommended to others.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I'm very sorry for the delay and frustration you've encountered. While USA numbers are activated automatically within minutes, numbers from other countries require manual verification, which can sometimes cause delays. This is likely why your number was not issued immediately.
Please reach out directly to our live chat or support channels so we can quickly assist you. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 (CET).
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're committed to resolving your issue as swiftly as possible.

I want my account to be unblocked. I told support but I didn't get any results. If it is fixed, I want a high score. Otherwise, I don't recommend it to others at all.

Dear user,
We’re sorry to hear about your negative experience. Upon reviewing your account, it seems it was created just a few hours before your review, and we couldn’t locate any support tickets or test credit requests in our system.
To clarify, we do not provide a €10 test credit and have never offered that amount. We provide smaller test credits sufficient for initial testing. Additionally, to prevent fraud, we don't apply test credits automatically. However, we’ve now added your test credit manually.
If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team or contact us on Telegram (https://t.me/illyvoip_official).
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,

Dear customer,
I'm very sorry to hear about your experience, may I have more information of what didn't worked for you? We advertise our advanced and totally automated platform that allows you to terminate calls worldwide and we do that daily.
I've checked your account and everything looks good from our end, please contact our support via email or chat with our live operators via Telegram: https://t.me/illyvoip_official ; They will solve all your technical issues and find best routes for you, that's guaranteed!
About refunds, that's true, we don't offer refunds and we've mentioned that in Top Up page with bold text, just before recharging your account, our business model doesn't allow us to refund customers and I'm very sorry about that.
But we've never scammed anyone, we count more than 30000 users worldwide and terminate a lot of calls daily, mostly of them are happy customers, except some people who intend to use our platform for illegal purposes, they always fail and are unhappy, because we don't allow illegal activities in our platform and we & will block these customers immediately!
