I was a very nervous student when I had my first lesson with Gill at I Love Driving School but I soon become more confident as the weeks went by, She had such much patience with me and explained everything perfectly in and easy to understand format. I would highly recommend I Love Driving School to anyone looking for an instructor in Birmingham especially Gill. I Passed first time with 4 Minors and I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much.

Instructor Jay is very helpful and delivers effective lessons. He is good at recognising your weaknesses and correcting them in a positive and motivating manner. I passed 1st time with only 1 minor fault! I highly recommend taking your lessons with him.

Passed my Driving test on First Attempt with instructor Jay. I started from scratch including theory. Learned so many new things which even experienced drivers learn after few years under their belt. Prices are very competitive and a total value for money. Instructor Jay is very punctual, full of knowledge and precise and concise.

Akik helped me pass recently and was an amazing instructor. Patience and understanding, he helped me pass in a quick turn around and showed great flexibility

Sheila was an attentive instructor and she always made me feel at ease, and even motivated me. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her guidance and patience. Also kept lessons very lighthearted when I expressed nervousness as my test was approaching. I highly recommend sheila as a driving Instructor, you will surely pass.

I had Jay as my instructor for the past 8 months. He has been so patient with me, informative with everything and also made me feel very comfortable! Also had Sheila as my instructor for my remaining last lessons and she has been great as well, she’s straight to the point and makes sure that you don’t overthink think things which I do a lot. Quite simply; Jay is an excellent driving instructor. He is both calm and patient whilst being driven and pragmatic in equal measure. He treats his pupils with respect and clearly cares about the goal of the pupil. I would 100% recommend Jay to anyone who wants to pass their driving test and establish good driving habits and know how to ensure a solid foundation is achieved.

I passed FIRST TIME with Instructor Jay!

After getting an excellent score on the Driving Theory test, I was hopeful and confident when I started lessons with Jay.

He only further boosted this confidence with in-depth explanations of mistakes, tips & various reference points if some didn’t suit me.

I really liked how he would use both paper diagrams and apps on his iPad to explain difficulties I previously had in emerging and lane discipline and how to follow lanes on a roundabout.

Nearer to my test date I also had my A levels, due to which I was very nervous and made more unnecessary mistakes that I would never make before. He calmly talked me through them & gave great debriefs on not overthinking and holding onto previous mistakes, that genuinely helped.

Further he took me on hard test style routes to familiarise myself on examiner style and direction, often also practicing manoeuvres many times to bring perfection to them.

I am ecstatic that with the help of such a calm, patient & wonderful instructor I was able to achieve a first time pass at Kingstanding test centre, and I look forward to do pass plus with him too.

I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND I Love Drive Driving school.

Thankful to my driving instructor Akik who helped me pass with only one minor. Not only did he teach me how to drive safely, but how to perform on a range of roads and in different situations. Akik is a patient and relaxed driving instructor who instills confidence in his students to perform to the best of their ability. I would absolutely recommend I Love Drive driving school to any learner who wants to become a great independent driver, not just for the test but in order to obtain skills and lessons which last a life time.
