He was polite and patient and went through the whole proposition explaining exactly how it would affect us and checking our understanding. He knew his product and was thorough in his questioning and was quickly able to understand our many faceted financial situation. It was all about us and his advice was bias-free. There was still some uncertainty on my part at the end so a follow up appointment was made.
