Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry that your first visit didn’t feel well-explained or supportive.

You’re right to expect clear communication during your appointment. Bowel gas can sometimes affect ultrasound image quality, and we should have explained this at the time, along with what options were available. I’m sorry we didn’t set expectations clearly, and that the report felt unclear and unhelpful afterwards.

We’d really like the chance to put this right. Please contact us at info@imaginatal.co.uk with your name and appointment date, and we’ll review what happened and arrange a follow-up scan and/or a clearer discussion of the results with a clinician.
