I have been very impressed with Imagine Fashion, not only do I love your clothes but recently I needed to return an item and exchange it for another colour. I explained that I needed it fairly quickly as I have a wedding to attend and wanted to wear the item. Joanne was the person who I spoke to on the phone and she was extremely helpful and told me exactly what to do to return the item I had and that they would post the replacement item to me immediately they received the returned item.
I am very pleased to say that my parcel arrived today in plenty of time for the wedding next Saturday, beautifully wrapped in tissue as all your items are. Thank you to Joanne and all involved.

I purchased a beautiful skirt but unfortunately was too big for me . I contacted customer service who offered me a hassle free return and very fast refund. Will purchase again.

I purchased a top from a local boutique just after Christmas. I love it. When I read the label history and saw that it was manufactured for Australian couple in Italy. NOT CHINA!!!! :-)
From there I went on line and bought direct. I was concerned as I don't really like to buy clothes without trying them on but gave it a shot given as the first top was awesome.
I like the sizing - one size. I am a size 10 and they all look great.
