My first order of Black seed oil…

My first order of Black seed oil arrived today and I look forward to incorporating it in my daily routine. I have one question…the label says 500mg per serving, is that per capsule or the recommended 2 a day?

Great product and customer service

There was an initial problem with the delivery but it was resolved speedily and amicably (including a full refund on the postage costs).

The product itself (milk thistle) is very high quality and reasonably priced.

Sunnah of blackseed oil

I trusted that it's a company with many years in business. There are numerous benefits of blackseed oil, so I purchased the capsules, as they're easier to take with two meals a day.
