Excellent customer service – thank you, Anita!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Anita Hermanowska-Makosz for her excellent customer service and support.

I had been trying to contact iMeta for around two weeks as I wanted to enrol on a course. I even had a phone appointment booked with another member of the team, but unfortunately I never received the call.

Luckily, I managed to get in touch with Anita, and from that moment everything went incredibly smoothly. She responded very quickly, explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions and made the whole enrolment process easy and stress-free. Thanks to her help, I was successfully enrolled on the course within just three days! 😊

Great teaching and tutors. Awesome support from the whole team - Careers and Inclusion coach Corinna was of great help to me. She shared great advice on how I should organise my CV, and I landed several interviews after implementing the guidelines she shared.

I have had an excellent experience with iMeta, and I can confidently recommend them to anyone looking to develop practical skills in project management and leadership.

Through iMeta, I successfully completed my PRINCE2 Foundation course and the Digital Leadership & Management programme, and I now have the opportunity to progress to PRINCE2 Practitioner. What impressed me most is that the training is not just about passing an exam—it is designed to prepare learners for real-world project environments. The programme exposed us to practical documents, project applications, collaborative activities, and interactive learning games that made the concepts much easier to understand and apply.

A special thank you to Farhiya Ali, my programme coordinator. She was incredibly understanding and supportive, especially when I needed some flexibility to catch up with my studies. Her encouragement and willingness to accommodate my circumstances made it possible for me to stay on track and complete the programme.

I would also like to sincerely appreciate my first tutor, Caroline Feltham. Her teaching style was exceptional—patient, gentle, and detailed. She ensured every topic was explained thoroughly and created an environment where no question felt too small to ask.
My thanks also go to my second tutor, Mark Jones, who took the time to revisit areas I had struggled with. His clear explanations and practical examples helped me gain a much deeper understanding of the course content and boosted my confidence ahead of the PRINCE2 Foundation examination.

A huge appreciation goes to Corrina Langford, my Career and Inclusion Coach. The one-to-one coaching sessions she provided were invaluable. She guided me through improving my job applications, optimising my LinkedIn profile, networking with employers, interview preparation, and identifying opportunities to strengthen my employability. Even after our sessions, she continued to follow up with helpful emails and resources, demonstrating genuine commitment to my career success.

I also want to recognise Jeevan Nagra for consistently sharing job opportunities, often on an almost daily basis, and thank every other member of the iMeta team whose names I may not remember but who contributed to making this a positive experience. Their continuous support, communication, and encouragement throughout the programme did not go unnoticed.

Overall, iMeta has provided far more than just training—they have created a supportive learning community focused on helping learners gain qualifications, develop practical workplace skills, and secure meaningful employment.

Caroline is a great tutor and I have benefited from this course

Really good course. It is fast paced fast track course however it does not miss on the details. Combo of self study, team work, activities as well as teacher explanation. I did the evening course. Took some adjustment time wise personally but I wanted to get the most out the course. Caroline had so much knowledge and explained clearly, If anyone required further explanation she took time to explain further for all personal intake levels. I would definitely do another course in the new year.

Took the course with Caroline for the Digital Leadership and Management for 4 months. It was a great experience. She is calm well knowledgeable and never tired to answer questions. I usually wonder where she gets her calmness from. How she ensures the class is in order. I didn’t need to read too much because I do understand every bit of the discussion. I got the value for every minutes and I always look forward to the class!

Great teaching, varied activities both solo and in a group, well worth doing.

Caroline Feltham is a good teacher,patient, friendly,easy to approach and a good leader, imeta programme is a great and beneficial programme to the society,

I learned a lot on the Digital Leadership Management course which will help me progress towards becoming a Project Manager. I really enjoyed having Caroline as a tutor; she is very knowledgeable and encourages open discussions where everyone can share their thoughts. The course can be time consuming if you work during the day but I would highly recommend it especially considering that it is free and you get free qualification with Prince2 Foundation exam voucher

Caroline F is an amazing teacher and defiantly knows her stuff! Lessons were well structured and Caroline explained everything fully and was patient and listened to us all through out the course.

Would defiantly recommend this course! Don't be put off by the 16 weeks the course flew by!

I completed the level 4 leadership course March 2025. The course was very rushed. There was no reference book or text that you could refer to the notes were all on Nearpod difficult to access and very basic . The training was low level and poor, did not really equip you for work. The job opportunities information regarding work after the course was generic you could do that yourself from doing a Google search. This was a very basic course and not worth the enormous amount of time commitment required to complete it. The certificate is meaningless. The only thing potentially good was you got a prince 2 voucher, which in all honesty I have not utilised at the moment. I did not learn anything.

The teaching sessions were very good, we had daily revisions sessions and the instructor was fantastic. The staff at centre were very helpful.

Good teaching and useful content, the prince 2 voucher at the end is worthwhile, the course itself is not focused on learning materials to prince 2 but on leadership knowledge. This is generally good though I would’ve liked to spend a day or two on the prince 2 materials, benefits, application. That being said, the teacher was knowledgeable and helpful.

A meaningful programme initiative to upskill or support professionally experienced people of West Midlands. I completed the (PRINCE2) Digital Leadership and Management course at a pertinent time in my career going in to unfortunate unemployment, which enabled other doors to open. The course experience was great and highly recommended, I'm very grateful. iMeta also provide after care in your career movement, if wanted.

Course opportunities like these don't come easy to everyone through regular employment. So not only has the Mayor's agenda been pivotal in funding this via WMCA but also inclusive and compassionate in ensuring people can achieve their dreams but be seen and valued too.

I would say that this opportunity had a small but essential part to play in enabling my new role as Digital Inclusion Manager. Thank you iMeta and all those involved!
