1 shoe developed scuffs within 2 hrs
1 shoe developed scuffs within 2 hrs. Another shoe caused scuffs on floor immediately. Some type of paint or color rubbed off to show the substandard shoe. I reached out to immaculate vegan and was told someone would get back to me. Instead I was sent this survey.

Hi Chloe,
We are very sorry to hear about your experience. What you have described is not the standard we expect from our products, and we completely understand your frustration, especially given the issues occurred so quickly after wearing the shoes.
We are also sorry that you received a survey before a proper follow up from our team. This is not the experience we aim to provide.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you and resolve it properly. Please contact our customer care team with your order details and photos of the issue so we can investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.
Kind regards,
Immaculate Vegan team ð±
