Hi Andrew,

We are very sorry that your order could not be fulfilled due to the item being unexpectedly out of stock.

As soon as we were notified of the inventory discrepancy by the brand, we contacted you straight away and issued a full refund within a few days of your order being placed. We have since temporarily removed the affected styles while the stock integration issue is being resolved to prevent this happening again.

We completely understand how disappointing this must have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We truly hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.

Kind regards,
Immaculate Vegan team 🌱

Hi Maria,

We are very sorry to read your review and disappointed to hear that you chose not to proceed with the return.

We responded to each of your messages and provided detailed step by step return instructions in line with the brand’s international returns policy. We also contacted the brand directly on your behalf to request a prepaid return label with courier collection, even though this is not part of their standard procedure.

A return label for drop off at any local post office was subsequently arranged for you, in accordance with the brand’s policy.

We are genuinely sorry that this process felt stressful, as this was never our intention.

We remain available should you wish to resolve this matter.

Kind Regards,
Immaculate Vegan team 🌱

Hi Mary,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand your frustration and are very sorry that the return costs have made your experience disappointing.

As a marketplace working with independent vegan brands, return policies — including whether subsidised returns are available — are set individually by each brand.

While some of our partners are able to offer free returns, others, including Minuit sur Terre, are unfortunately not currently able to provide prepaid return labels for US customers.

We truly recognise how important accessible returns are and are actively working with our brand partners to improve this wherever possible. In the meantime, we have reached out to you directly to see how we can support you further.

Thank you again for your honest feedback — we genuinely value it.

Kind regards,
Immaculate Vegan 🌱

Hi there,

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. What you have described is not the standard we expect from our products, and we are particularly concerned to learn that you injured your finger.

Please contact our customer care team directly with your order details and photographs so we can investigate this fully and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
We take matters of quality and safety very seriously and will also raise this with the brand for immediate review.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
