Jamie is an absolute gem, anytime I call him he is so Welcoming and is a wealth of knowledge. how would I rate this company its got to be 5 stars.

Spoke to a representative (Jay?) who was knowledgeable and confirmed that I was looking at the correct thermostat. Price and delivery were discussed and he said he would get back to me. Got back to me promptly and I ordered. Was with me the next day, most impressed.
If you go to a genuine company for advice then buy from an online store to save a few pennies do not be surprised when you can no longer get good advice.

Jay took time out to help me with my immersion heater and an electrical problem I had. This resulted in no sale for them as it was a matter of reworking. Jays professional advice was excellent and as if I was a long term customer. I really appreciate the time Jay afforded me and would recommend this company to those seeking advice and that extra step of care.

Just had a call with Jay at Immersion Heaters UK about a query I had about 3 phase vs single phase immersion heater connection. Even though I wasn’t necessarily buying (just yet..) he straight away got on to understanding my issue and what I was trying to achieve. Very very helpful and gave us a way forward for an issue we had with a 3 phase installation that turned out to be only single phase - we’re currently trying to get a micro brewery up and running (Garage Culture Brewing in Rye) Definitely recommend- very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.

Asked Jamie for a price on a single item, he could have quoted me for it but explained the price would be astronomical for him to make profit so he has kindly referred my quote to another company. Cant fault the mans customer service and honesty which in this day and age is hard to come by!! Safe to say i will be trying to use Jamie again for anything else that comes across my desk that i think would suit him.

After getting nowhere with many large companies, finally stumbled upon immersion heaters uk. Jamie was so helpful, especially with his experience in dealing with small and large breweries. He gave me a really great price for two 9kw heating elements that were perfect for my specific scenario. Delivery was very quick and the goods arrived well-packaged. Would definitely recommend this company if you want really helpful advice from very understanding and experienced people. Top service.

I emailed the company and I received a very quick reply from Jamie with some information and a sugestion for a chat by phone.
I rang Jamie and he was very informative with absolutely no pressure to buy.

Jamie Bristoll is a really nice guy who is only too keen to help people. Have contacted him several times and each time he has recommended fixes to my heating element problems which has resulted in no gain for his company. If you have any heating element requirements I would totally recommend him.

Both Jamie and his son Morgan were very helpful and thorough. Really nice to see a family business. Morgan is a very nice lad and I'm sure he'll end up with just as much knowledge as Jamie.

What fantastic service !! Jamie was in no hurry to get my order but talked me through options open to me. Invoiced within a couple of hours and delivered in under twenty-four hours of our initial conversation. Amazing. His product looks very professional.

Well, where to begin? I want to say THANK YOU for your help and your recommendation to contact Dave and the folks at TP Fay. They have been EXTREMELY patient with me and have fabricated and delivered a working solution for my expensive Italian oven. The replacement element was delivered yesterday, and today my wife and I installed and turned on the unit, and it appears to be working well!!!

When you think about it, this was such an improbable path to actually find a solution for something the original manufacturer simply walked away from.

We needed custom industrial heaters for a machine using exotic process fluid, Jamie was a pleasure to work with and beyond helpful in creating a spec we were happy with. Once we were ready to order, the units arrived very quickly, were made exactly to the agreed spec, and quoted cheaper than anybody else who could supply something similar. The heaters have worked perfectly since they were fitted and we have no complaints whatsoever, start to finish.
