Impact Services patiently worked with Lound Village Hall over many months enabling us to be awarded funds from the National Lottery Community Fund to install a comprehensive Solar and Battery system. Once instructed to proceed Impact Services were quick to provide an installation date. Two roof teams arrived promptly on the day and worked throughout the hottest day of the year, the electrician arrived during the day and all made good progress, a roof team and 2 electricians returned the next day to complete the installation. During the afternoon the system was explained and demonstrated in detail. Everywhere was left clean and tidy, and everyone involved was friendly and professional.

Great experience from start to finish. I've had a battery and EV charger installed but will return if I ever need to replace my solar panels or solar inverter. All of the other 5 star reviews say it all. Communication excellent, attitude excellent, quality of solution excellent.

Impact services were contracted through our energy supplier to fit our solar system, from the initial contact through to the end was a pleasant experience, the guys were polite, courteous and clean and tidy throughout, and it was so nice to have workmen that could work without the need of music blaring out!!, would highly recommend this company to anyone, thank you so much.

I ran into a problem and contacted support, Andrew replied fast, was very kind and went above and beyond. Amazing products and CEO. Absolutely reccomend.

The whole process was seamless, Lewis and Lewis and all the technicians were very polite, quiet and efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. They were careful with our property, nice to our dog, explained everything and answered all our questions. Excellent service all round. Highly recommended.

I spent ages researching different panels, inverters and batteries and was pretty sure what I needed before I asked Impact to quote. Michael visited and made his own assessment and I was pleased that it matched my own research exactly.

There was absolutely no pressure selling just knowledgeable advice.

The office team are really friendly and responsive and customer service is truly first rate.

The Impact electricians and fitters were very friendly and professional and it was a pleasure having them on site.

I asked two other companies to quote but Impact were the most competitive and confidence inspiring.

Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had with any company and I recommend them unreservedly.

Excellent service from pre-installation engagement to completion. Great engagement from the team ahead of the installation with confirming plans for the installation. Very polite workmen who tried as much as practicable to be out of our way, very engaging and clear on what they were doing making sure we understood the process and made sure any preferences we had were considered. Commissioning was undertaken by Andy and Callum who were also great. Second property I have installed solar panels and you made the process seamless. Thank you!

An absolute pleasure to deal with this company and particularly the seven guys that came to install our solar panels and battery. We would 100% recommend these guys.

I had a solar system installed by Impact in February 2023 this year and been in contact with them multiple times since. I have had an incredible experience and could not praise them highly enough.

From the start when looking for quotes - they came promptly and surveyed the site for free with a knowledgeable team member who discussed my needs. They prepared two different quotes to give me more options and were very good when I wanted to discuss options. The quotes were very competitive (and cheaper than the group buying quote) and there was no hard sell at any point.

Waiting time for installation was comparable to other companies I spoke to, and in the end due to another persons cancellation - installation was done earlier than expected. They arranged for scaffolding to be arranged the day beforehand, then did my somewhat complex installation (solar panels, storage battery, diverter for hot water solar, EPS backup protection for grid power cuts) in a single day.

They have been excellent for aftermarket care - they've replied promptly to my emails, sorted all the problems, and helped with all the complex documentation that the power companies seem to need for me to be paid to export my excess solar to the grid.

I cannot recommend Impact solar highly enough. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been professional, polite and friendly. Service has been excellent and I'm very happy with what they have done.
