Great job by the team, they even assisted to fix a portion that was falling off in the garden. Though they came late which they explained was due to tyre puncture of the van.
In all I can't fault the job, great work.

Top class service company. I have used them twice now in the past year and they are professional from first contact through to the actual service. My artificial putting surface had accumulated moss and lots of debris, and the treatment was so thorough it was back to like-new condition both times. Thank you!

Renan and his team at Imperial Grass were brilliant from the survey right through to completion. They covered all our queries and sourced everything we needed. They worked exceptionally hard to get the job finished as quickly as possible without compromising anything. I’ve never seen men work so hard in all my life. Renan has an amazing team. Any queries were answered and explained. They even built new raised flower beds as my old ones were rotten. The team were friendly and considerate at all times. I would definitely recommend. In fact my neighbour has just had his garden done by them after seeing ours. Compared to some other companies his prices were very reasonable. We have no more muddy dog or foot prints. I love our new garden, thank you Renan.

Ronan and his team did a superb job laying their product on our 4 terraces and balconies. We can now look out and feel we still have a garden although we live 9/10 floors up.

From the initial outreach to delivering the final product/ service, Imperial Grass could not have been more professional and efficient. It’s been a breath of fresh air working with them - very experienced which has come through in both the quote estimate and the high quality of the workmanship and work product (quality of the grass is fantastic). Very slick quoting (and transparent) and very smooth operation. Other providers suggested my job would take two days. The Imperial team were done in half a day! - super polite, respectful of the area around them, clean and tidy and just got it done. They also agreed to install a shed for me which had not arrived on the day, but no problem, they’ve agreed to take time out and return to install the shed when it does arrive - they are committed to their work and seem to have pride in what they do and seeing their creations come to life!
