I was looking for parts for an old Toyota car. This was one of many firms that I contacted to see if they could help. Their computerised system is not a good one and it cannot recognise original Toyota parts numbers. When I asked for help both staff and manager were not very helpful at all. They seemed to not be interested as the parts I was interested in buying were not easy to find and not the normal everyday items they sell. I think for fast moving general items they may be okay, but not for rare items.
