I had a great service! they are kind, professional, very welcoming. the hotel was great! they picked me up from airport and to arrive at the clinic. my smile looks amazing! I highly recommend them!

I honestly cannot thank everyone at ImpOrth Smile Studio enough for what they have done for me.

For years, I felt insecure about my smile and never imagined I could feel this confident. From the very beginning, the entire team made me feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for.

My Patient Coordinator, Deren, was amazing throughout the whole journey. She took the time to explain everything in detail, provided a clear treatment plan, and was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. Her kindness and reassurance made such a difference and helped ease any nerves I had before travelling.

As soon as I arrived at the clinic, I was welcomed so warmly by everyone. I had 20 zirconia crowns fitted over three days, and my dentist, Özge, was absolutely incredible. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and talent have given me a smile I never thought was possible. Looking in the mirror now genuinely makes me emotional because I finally have the smile I have always dreamed of.

What stands out most is how much the team cared about me as a person, not just as a patient. Every step of the process felt personal, and I always felt I was in safe hands.

Deren also arranged a lovely hotel and organised private transfers from the airport as well as transport to and from every appointment, making the entire experience completely stress-free.

This treatment has given me so much more than a new smile—it has given me confidence, happiness, and the freedom to smile without feeling self-conscious. For that, I will always be grateful.

From the moment i made contact with them to my first visit all the way through to my life changing experience/smile these people are second to none I was never alone supporting me through my journey reassuring me all the way to constant contact /support / guidance and aftercare the vip treatment was amazing there was nothing to much or nothing they wouldn’t do for me I can’t thank these people enough to the point of where they have become more freinds as well I would recommend these guys every time I’m a very nervous person when it comes to to the dentist but I have never been so at ease and reassured all the way through every thing they said they would do they have done and more and importantly made me smile again with confidence

I Did have a face to face consultation with this clinic. The clinic is clean modern and welcoming. Staff are very friendly and there’s a good atmosphere.
After receiving a treatment plan and flinging back home I changed my mind,in telling them I felt had had rushed into leaving a deposit and I had chosen to go with another clinic for personal reasons. They did infant refund the whole deposit. I can’t speak for their work , hence 3 stars. The customer service team was good and they treated me fairly !

From the very first contact I was impressed! The level of care and attention was just so much more than we could have hoped for!
Deren was super attentive and had everything organised so well. 2 of us had treatment and left as 2 happy customers.
The dentists are just lovely and explain everything to you, no hidden costs if you need something a little more than what was planned which is so refreshing even from using dentists in the UK.

From the first message I sent to ImpOrth smile studio they were nice and understanding and unlike some of the others ,they were not pushy. My coordinator was Dilara, she was very professional and kind and dealt with everything, contacted me before my flight and managed my transfers and hotel great!no matter what time of the day she will always reply and have you smiling .
My dentist was Deren who was lovely and kind and did such an amazing job.
I have come back for my bottom teeth now and this time I received the best care again. I would 100% recommend ImpOrth to anyone travelling for dental work. The staff are amazing and have give me confidence to smile again.

Had my implants done in 2023, at importh dental centre Izmir,i had a problem with them, in 2026, I flew back over to Izmir the staff where so helpful and so nice to see so many familiar faces. They sorted out my problem within 2 days couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend importh smile for all dental work.

Choosing a clinic for something so important is never easy, especially with so many options around the world. But from the very first contact, I just knew this was the right place for me. There was a sense of trust, calmness, and professionalism that made the decision feel completely natural, I didn’t even feel the need to compare with other clinics. ✨
Perhaps also because of my background - having completed multiple certifications in therapy and currently studying psychology, I take my time to truly understand where I place my trust. And here, everything felt aligned from the very beginning.
What truly stood out to me was the level of care, communication, and genuine support I received throughout. A special thank you to the clinic coordinator Zeynep Arabaci who was available to support and help me at every step. My daughter, who came to accompany and look after me during the trip, was also so thoughtfully included and cared for genuinely without any additional charges - something I deeply appreciated 🤍
The clinic itself is beautiful, sophisticated, modern, and highly professional, every detail felt considered.
The dentist Dr. Sezai Erginbas, doctor's assistant Sude Yildirim, clinic’s director Mr Mert Evren Düzen and the entire team who were incredibly attentive, warm, present, gentle, precise, and reassuring, which made the whole experience feel calm and safe. 🤍
Everything around the treatment was organised seamlessly. The hotel was purely lovely and very comfortable, and all transfers between the airport, hotel, and clinic were arranged so smoothly. It created a sense of ease and support throughout the entire stay. 🫶🏻
This short trip just three days and three nights felt like a little reset, almost like a mini holiday, which I would truly recommend. 👏🏻
My first visit is now complete, and I am healing beautifully. My implants are settling calmly, and I feel completely at peace with the whole process.

I had a great experience with Importh Smile in Izmir and I’m so happy with my results.
The dentist who did my crowns was lovely and she made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The two ladies who supported me during my time there were also amazing— unfortunately, I can’t remember their names, but they were so kind and helpful I travelled alone and felt in good hands. Even when I missed my first flight and had to arrive a day late, the team were incredibly understanding and accommodating, which really put me at ease straight away.
The transfer was at the airport on time, and it was also on time every morning and to return me to the airport to go home.

I’m over the moon with my results and would highly recommend Importh Smile to anyone considering treatment abroad.

The only small downside for me was the hotel I was placed in(Ramada) The rooms had very strong smoke smell, and there was quiet a lot of noise and no staff understood my English That said, I was only there for four days and didn’t ask to be moved, but I do believe the team would have sorted this if I had raised it, but that’s not a reflection on the great work I ace received from importh.
I would also like to add I was quoted a certain amount before traveling but , when I got there some work they thought needed carrying out was not needed and the price was cheaper than originally quoted which I thought was amazing and honest.
