The items are sourced from varying places, and we have graded each item based on its overall quality (if it is used). We have on-hand items available and we do custom orders if there is a specific item that you would like us to try and source for you.

Very professional business

Have been ordering from importo since 2023 and I still am very satisfied. The product quality is great and even though there is an item every now or then that doesn’t meet the mark, they are always happy to provide a refund or a future discount. The service and business presentation is very professional which I feel is important for customer trust especially in South Africa where there are a few businesses in the same industry which are risky to buy from. Delivery service is great and you are fed with constant updates of the whereabouts of your package.

Quick delivery and good customer service

Ordered a T-shirt from them and it was delivered quickly with Courier Guy.

Unfortunately I wasn’t too happy with the quality, but the guys at ImportToSa were more than happy to help me out and return the product and process a refund.

I had a pair of shoes sourced for me from ImportoSA and I’m very impressed with their service. I received clear updates from the moment I placed my order until delivery. My shoes were well-packaged, and exactly as advertised — great quality and a perfect fit.
