Maria B is the greatest and needs a raise! Our property was implementing nametags in our restaurant, which involved the creation of a new imprint. I emailed prior to the 4th of July inquiring, however if you could see the email thread there was some errors and obstacles I encountered. After 3 different calls I finally got Maria to take over the order and process efficiently! She was great to work with and kept me up to date on all items through the process and corrected all errors/obstacles encountered!

Maria was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind and patient and helpful. I appreciated her following up through each step of the ordering process. She was very informative and made it seamless.

Communication about the order was very efficient on making sure we were getting what we ordered. The nametags were produced exactly as appeared on the website. We will order more in the future!

Notre commande a pris beaucoup de retard, j'ai appelé le service client pour faire le point et Malak, en plus d'être agréable, a très bien pris la situation en main. Merci pour le service en français c'est également apprécié.

The product itself is good quality, but the customer service and attention to detail has been poor, especially dropping since our previous contact left the company earlier this year. Her email was never updated or rerouted to inform anyone that we were reaching out for an order (after spending thousands of dollars with the IP over the years), leading to wasted time (nearly a month of failed follow-ups), then confusing communication with a new rep, then an order that was missing items. Service has barely improved since then - I have to pay precise attention to the quotes I receive, as they consistently contain errors.

We are looking into competitors at this point. For a name badge this expensive, the amount of time and number of emails required to acquire our basic materials is silly.

Ashish was excellent. He was able to set up an account for the property I was relocated to, and everything was done on one call. He also informed me of the technical support team to help navigate setting up the software if needed. Thank you so much!!!!
