i specifically asked for guidlines for the file format of my design and for the method of forwarding it to you. Your on-line chat assistant informed me that I would be so instructed by e-mail. Now I am informed by e-mail that my order is finalized and cannot be changed. It was never completed! What are you going to deliver, a blank button?

Thank you for your message, and I completely understand your concern.
Our office was closed on Friday and over the weekend, which is why the instruction email for submitting your layout was not sent until today. The confirmation you received earlier simply confirmed that your order was placed in our system—it does not mean production has started.
As we mentioned during the ordering process and in our chat, we do not proceed with production until we’ve sent out the layout instructions and received your finalized design. You will not be receiving a blank button.
Please keep an eye out for the layout instruction email, which has now been sent. If you have any questions or need help with the design file, we’re happy to assist.
My only "complaint" is that the first…
My only "complaint" is that the first time I called, the customer service line was too busy to take my call. However, I did leave my name and number, and I was called back that afternoon. I called back and was connected immediately to the customer service desk and my order was processed. So, it's not really a complaint!

Bad Experience & Poor Customer Service
I ordered name tag labels on June 4th... it's now July 2nd and I still don't have them. I'm told that they are heading this way, but I had to wait almost a week for the support team to update me with that latest info.

Thank you for your patience, and I sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving this issue. It took longer than expected to investigate the delivery status with our courier, as they were slow in confirming that the original package was unfortunately lost in transit.
We’ve now sent out a replacement order to ensure you receive your name tag labels as soon as possible. I completely understand how frustrating this has been, especially with the delay in communication, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Stellar Customer Service!
I've been dealing with our Imprint Plus Account Manager, Jhesusa, for months. Due to our ordering process I need to contact her each time I place and order. Jehsusa is what every person in a client/customer service position should be. She's knowledgeable, extremely efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Overall, my experience with Imprint Plus has been outstanding. The quality of their products is excellent. My orders are always processed and received in a timely manner. And of course, the customer service is exceptional. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Update: Thanks for fixing this issue
Bought the software, moved computers, they say my activations are all used up. Never did it say that I could not movce the software from 1 computer to the other.

Excellent Agent!
Once connected to an agent, 10/10 stars. Trying to speak to an agent through the 1-800number 0/5 stars. It took two days before getting a human.
That human was Drishti Srivastava & she was wonderful! She was able to help solve my problem within a few minutes She was kind, polite, and supportive throughout. She was able to provide support over the phone and via email - having both lines of communication made the experience much easier. She also went above and beyond to help solve the issue we were having. Thank you Drishti for all your help : )

Ashish was absolutely wonderful
Ashish was absolutely wonderful. Give that man a raise!!! Seriously, I can't say enough good things about him. Our hotel is getting ready for our first in-person inspection in 6 years, and in true Maddie fashion, I waited til two days before the inspection to make sure our team had nametags- which is a requirement. Since our technology refresh, our NPG software was removed from the workstations. Ashish was able to help me retrieve the templates and serial number to make it work. Then today he helped me place an order to restock our supplies. He even let me know about the online ordering portal (I had no idea,) but he was so kind and insisted that we could always call to place an order too. Being in the service industry for two decades, I have high standards for service, and Ashish absolutely exceeded them. I hope he sees this review. Thank you so much!

Exceptional Service
We have had the pleasure of using you name badges for a long time. I had the pleasure of speaking with Brenda Castells today. From the moment I spoke with her about my concerns, she provide me with exceptional service. She answered all my questions and then contacted Technical Support to follow up with additional help.
