Is this company staffed with people from a certain south asian country? All they do is KPI farming.

I got dozens of emails from them asking to set up an appointment on behalf of Octopus. I replied numerous times, including 5 times giving them a date to confirm a appointment time. I have NEVER received A SINGLE EMAIL back from them.

I then called their number twice. The first time the operator said they couldn't book the date in their system and someone would call back. Of course no one did. The second time my I couldn't get through on the phone.

I contacted Octopus and they suggested me call them. What a joke. Who wants an appointment? Not me. Why should I continue to spend my time to chase them? A total waste of time but that's how things generally are in this country nowadays. Nothing works. No one does anything useful. The end.

Jack, the engineer contacted me well in advance, turned up 1 minute early on the day and installed our smart meter efficiently. He did a thorough job, which took under 1 hour, and was polite and professional at all times. Throughly recommended

We had 2 failed appointments for our electric meter exchange, one the engineer cancelled sick & the 2nd appointment was the engineer was late and said he didn't have the time to do the job. On the 3rd appointment a new engineer arrived with his boss who was training him and the meter was finally replaced after a 8 week delay. Final insult another 7 weeks later the meter is still not registered & I have had to chase via British Gas what is happening as we want the new smart meter online to apply for SEG payments what a farce. This is not the only time Imserv has let us done & wasted our time. Everytime I deal with this company they are useless........

only gave 1 star as i couldn't give zero... energy company insisted we have the electricity meter replaced 11 months ago, records have never been updated on our account or on national database... have spent a huge number of hours trying to get this resolved between IM serve and british gas business with false promise after false promise being made...

Absolutely useless! They made an appointment to come and fit smart meters then cancelled the day before. Said they couldn't make a fresh appointment as their diary was currently full. A few months later they called me again to make a fresh appointment and then cancelled on the day about 15 minutes after they were due to arrive. 2 wasted days! not heard from them since and that was 4 months since the second cancellation! Tried to deal with it through Octopus and they couldn't help at all and still keep sending me emails asking me if I'd like a smart meter!

Failed for 4 years to install a smart meter. Not able to give feedback to the energy supplier when a technical difficulty is met

Should be a big fat Zero , engineer did not turn up and after waiting for 3 hours in an empty shop , I eventually was able to contact someone , who said “ the engineer has called in sick , sorry lady “ .why haven’t you phoned or emailed me was my next question , “ Sorry lady “ .
I wonder if the engineer is an England fan ? Sorry Octopus energy it’s a goodbye from me .

Today was the second time this company Did Not Show up for an appointment (out of 2 attempts). They are a waste of time. The slight positive this time was that the engineer did text me (20 mins after the end of the booking) to say he would arrive in another hour.

Today (because of the previous DNS) I called inside the 2 hour arrival window to check what was happening "They are just wrapping up previous job and are only 7 mins from you" - so clearing the call centre make things up.

We have had problems communicating with our smart meter since installation. Octopus Energy initiated a complaintwhich has carried on for almost a year.

Due to reasons I am not party to, IMServe sent an engineer to attend to the problem. Out of the 4 visits over the next few months Ashley Turton dutifully turned up in all his high vis gear always punctual and on time on three of those occasions.
Each time he was told to do things which didn't quite accord with my expectations but, Ashley always gave plausable reasons why he couldn't do what Octopus had asked for.
Finally, after further discussions with Octopus, Ashley arrived with the correct meter. Half an hour later he'd fitted the new 3 ph. AMR meter.
He never complained about anything and showed loyalty and self discipline whilst getting on with the job. Thank you.

Unable to get an appointment to remove a meter. When I did get one, no one turned up, excuse was the engineer was on annual leave. The property is not occupied, so I have to make a special trip there, wasting my day. I was verbally told another date, but no confirmation and no engineer. I've been trying to get the meter removed for 6 months now. Two days wasted, hours on the phone. Energy company finally have someone trying to help, but still getting nowhere fast.
