I joined the program to gain insight and hands-on experience on Data Analytics, and I am thankful to have been mentored and coached by the best. As a result of the projects we get to test both our knowledge and how we can apply it to real-life problems.

Springboard's mentor guided training and career coach support are the primary reasons that it worked wonders for me, especially when switching to a new career. Apart from that student advisors played a crucial role in keeping our mental selves healthy throughout the learning process.

Being laid off in covid, Springboard gave me a ray of hope. I am doing the Data Analytics Career Track. I started with basics like Excel and advanced to more technical tools like SQL and Python with the course. I am currently looking for a job. Throughout my course, I have always had the guided support of my mentors, my career coach, and my student advisor.

They're just a bunch of fraudsters looking to setup their scam in india & to some extent have been successful in doing that. BUT sooner or later this springboard bubble is going to get burst.

The thing is how much of us gets their time & money wasted till the time springboard lasts.

Hope it ends sooner & people realize the truth behind their FAKE job guarantee & refund policy.

I along with several others have been fighting springboard since last summer & now they don't even bother to reply back & have blocked our mails.

You or anyone can't do anything to them after you've paid them because they've power, people & money all along with them.

I am a UI/UX learner with an Architectural background. I started practicing Architecture about two years ago pretty much after my graduation. As an architect, I embrace myself in creating spaces that are user friendly and aesthetically pleasing which makes them visit the places often. During the pandemic lockdown, while browsing alternatives in design opportunities, I came across digital research and design as a booming industry. One such course that I felt endeared, especially because of its process and development similar to my field is the UX/UI design. I understood that switching from one field to another is not a piece of cake unless you join a better community of designers. Springboard happens to be one such online platform where not only you will learn about UX/UI but also it helps you build communication with talented and experienced players in the field. Springboard’s features such as self-paced learning, career guidance and live 1:1 mentorship calls with an industry expert help you to grow better every day. My most favorite is the live one-on-one call with experienced mentors who would guide you and share trending information regarding all the projects with their insights, feedback and design knowledge. So it is a win-win situation. I would totally recommend Springboard to all the fellow learners who are ready to design a new frontier within the digital world.

My experience has been superb with every person I've interacted with at Springboard. Every interaction has been really insightful and I've received the best advice from them consistently. I learned Data Science Career Track with Advanced Machine Learning specialisation, and below are my thoughts. Overall, I've been delighted by the course, it has been a fabulous experience, and don't have a single con that I can think of. I was looking out to deepen my knowledge when I joined the course, but I gained a lot more. I've made a successful switch to my dream company through this course that too with a great hike. I'm using the concepts learnt in this course since day 1 of my new role. Though the course has a lot to offer, learners have to be consistent and take daily efforts to derive the maximum out of it and they should do so. I'm sure this course will delight them as well -

- Content: Pleasantly surprised to learn from the best minds of the world (Harvard and Stanford) besides in-depth knowledge and hands-on on the hottest topics of today's Data Scientist skillset. The concepts chosen are great and relevant in the industry, I've learnt quite a few AIML concepts through this course too.
- Projects: I've worked on close to 50 projects in the last 5-6 months, both technical and career-based. There were three capstone projects, spread out evenly through the course. So I could start applying for jobs early on. Plus I have built a great portfolio of projects to show to recruiters/ decision-makers.
- Mentorship: Perhaps the best part of this course. I've been aligned with an industry expert who's made the transition into Data Science much before me, thus nobody can advise on projects, jobs, concepts, career path, industry trends, etc better than him.
- Career Services: A cherry on the cake, career coaches are really dedicated. I've had great advice on job search strategy, career path, networking, mock interviews, etc. It doesn't end there, even when I've joined my new organisation, I still have access to career services and have received a really helpful handbook as well.
- Community Support: Very helpful for clearing doubts, and peer to peer learning. Not only can I review my doubts but others' doubts as well, thus maximising the clarity. TA (teachinf assistant) support is excellent.
- Office Hours: A great initiative to verse the learners with what is going on in the industry presently, what challenges is the industry facing, how they solve problems, etc. A great value add.
- Affordability: Much less expensive as compared to good comprehensive programs in the market (not comparing with short courses, as this is an elaborate course), plus quite a few easy payment plans are there. Good referral bonuses too.
- Job Guarantee: Keep taking consistent efforts, submit projects on time, do your best, if you don't get your dream job, you'll get your money back. I was able to focus effectively because of this as I was mentally relieved.

I have been curious about the data science field since the very first year of my college. I specifically was attracted to the overlap of Data Science with Business & Domain Knowledge, This meant that I'd be closer to leadership all the while ensuring that I'm working on the coding side of things. The data science skills, I personally wanted to acquire and work on with was Data Wrangling and modelling skills. A friend recommended Springboard to me, and I liked the fact that Springboard offered a Job Guarantee (spoke to the confidence in the product). Reached out to Prashant, liked the curriculum, so decided to give it a shot. The journey was awesome, everybody was super helpful. Loved the weekly 1:1 mentor calls; the best part of the week :) Furthermore, I think 1:1 on mentorship is pretty unique, but I also really like the confidence in the product to offer a Job Guarantee. Plus having a mentor was absolutely essential in learning new things and keeping me going throughout this tedious journey.

Springboard support was quite cool starting from the teaching assistant support, regular office hours and constant career coaching. I wanted to be a Data Scientist, and currently, I am a Data Science intern at epiFi. So I'd say, I'm headed in the right direction, eh? Pretty sweet journey for me; slightly improved community experience could ensure student retention (& completion of course).

Transitioning into ML/Big data was a gradual decision for me. It started out as an interest in my final year during graduation and by the time I had spent 18-20 months as a software professional, I thought of switching to roles that provide me work related to the data science field. Although the pay was good in my current role, I felt that I should be acquiring skills in the sector of emerging technologies considering how the future of the software industry will shape. With that thought, I began to search out for the best possible options. I didn't want to quit working from my current role and wanted a course that could be flexible with timings but still would provide ample attention and content. And subsequently, Springboard became an ideal match for me. The job guarantee provided with the course was a highlighting factor, yes, but also I was thoroughly explained about my journey during the entire course quite comprehensively by the student advisor.

Once enrolled, what I felt was the biggest strength of this platform was the special one to one mentoring as well as the job guidance. It was astonishing to see Springboard focusing on both aspects of career transition (learning + networking). I think what I take away from my time at Springboard was the ability to learn and transition my career, look for a job along with the process to learn a new hard skill. I am glad I chose Springboard also because of how reactive the support was. Feedbacks were acted upon and issues/enquiries were answered promptly at every stage. I came across the Springboard Data Analytics Career Track program from one of my friends. After exploring and researching, I liked their offerings and joined the program. Honestly, I didn't know much about data analytics field but I wanted to have a career transition into data analytics. Coming from a mechanical background, analytics and maths have always intrigued me. I had also referred to many other programs but they didn't come close to Springboard's offerings and job guarantee was a bonus along with their detailed curriculum. The course curriculum was so relevant and up to mark which helped me cover all technical aspects. I have received good support from Springboard starting from weekly 1:1 mentor calls, teaching assistant support, student advisor help, networking, office hours, etc. Everyone was really helpful and I got to learn a lot from all of them. I think the case studies in the curriculum along with the regular office hours are the most amazing support at Springboard. Furthermore, the mentor helped me a lot throughout this whole journey, with sharing insights about the industry and helping me in selecting projects, etc. I would like to get a job in the data analytics field, right now I am working as a document controller in Huawei and I expect support from the Springboard team to help me in finding a relevant job in future. I would recommend the data analytics career track program to everyone who is aspiring to build a career in this challenging field.

I heard of Springboard from multiple channels and was initially hesitant to join the Springboard bootcamp. But I took the leap of faith as I was impressed by their offerings such as a job guarantee and the 1:1 mentorship from industry experts. After initial days of discussion with the Admissions Director at Springboard, I joined the course and it has been a great experience. The journey has been pretty interesting. Initially, I struggled to cope up with the course but the inputs from my mentor during the calls made me realize and overcome my mistakes. I feel that having a mentor has added a lot of value to my learning journey. My mentor has been very helpful in providing insights regarding the course as well as providing knowledge on the industry's best practices.

Also, the guidance and tips provided by the student advisor and the career coaches helped me improve my personal skills. The support team at Springboard have been very quick at resolving technical issues during the duration of the course.

My interest towards UX/UI design piqued during my graduation days when I visited a website and I was blown away by its usability and its visual appeal. I decided that after graduation, I would take up my career in UX design but it never materialized. After working in the IT industry for close to 4 years under different domains, I decided to make a career change and follow my interests. So I ended up joining the UI/UX design field.

The thing that intrigued me the most in this field is the creative processes that are followed by most companies while designing an application or website. Solving user problems and enhancing my creative ability is what drove me to sign up for Springboard India.

My goal is to become a User Experience Designer and reach greater heights in the industry and make sure to gain knowledge during each step of my career. Currently, it has been close to 4 months of my Springboard journey and I have enjoyed the journey. The course is carefully drafted with important resources from multiple mediums and it is updated regularly.

No, Springboard India won't be able to provide you with a job NOR your refund because your money is what they need to run their SCAM.

They've zero placements uptil now. zero.
And, If you've enough of that amount to waste on their so-called fancy crap course, please donate it somewhere else so that any needy might get help.

Their Certificate has No Values in Software Market. Initially They have Microsoft Logo in the Certificate but then in Final Certificate They removed it and Make Fool of us.

They also don't have any Job Support - Randomly they will send the Linkdlen job URL which even you can get if you apply without their references.

They Conduct Office Hours which is Meaning Less.
People who joined Office hours 9 months back and People who joined now they both are attending the Same office hours.

Student Advisor is of No use, she gave reply one in a blue moon that too if you have a bit of good luck.

Content - They have zero Content and Very unstructured most of the chapter doesn't have Perfect modules only link to a Datacamp course sometimes it more like I am doing some fill in the blanks thing, Much Better content can be found on youtube(Krish Naik).

Mentor Call 30 min in a week which is too less. Explaining to him what you want to learn will only take most of the time.

Course Fee is like they are giving you a diamond with the Course. No Body gets placed after getting this Course Done.
