Inayah was once ahead of its game…
I had ordered from inayah regularly from 2014 to 2016. I can honestly say that the quality and styling of the fashion was on point and seemed very desirable then. I always received my goods next day and had never had to return anything. I am still wearing all my items quite regularly. What I am most impressed about is the quality of the material as they all have washed and lasted very well even up until now. I always recommend to follow the care label and therefore you shouldn't have any problems with their clothes.
However I have very much lost interest in inayah as I have seen since late 2017 that the range has become inconsistent, small and always lacking in size stock! They never seem to have much stock! At one point they had a beautiful collection of exclusive occasional wear. I don't know what's happened to that. It seemed to have disappeared. It really seems like they are struggling with the business model or something because this year has had terriable range of stock and I had never seen such poor reviews about inayah when I used to shop with them. I was denifnaly unheard of!
I have also seen that since they opened up a pop up store in London it had received such bad reviews with customer service and complaints about no one opening the door for thier pre booked appointments with their clients. It is a shame really because it looked like they were leading the market with contemporary modest fashion with a bit of gorgeous Asian embelisment. It was just the thing I was after without looking OTT.
I have stopped shopping with inayah because of firstly the lack of size. I mean size L shouldn't really be that difficult to restock.
Secondly the" new "season collections were never really was released in line with the UK fashion market. so for example the sale period is almost or pretty much over as it is late august now and new season collections should be on by now, however there isnt. Consumers expect new season collection to come out about now. I personally cant be bothered with to check inayah website 'hoping' for something new to show up.
I have turned to shopping with Aab now. Aab was never that good back in 2014 to 2016. They were always over priced by about 20 pounds more for their abayas where as In inayah you would get very decent one for under and around 50 pounds. So inayah always had the competitive edge. Back then aab had very limited sizes and styles. The tables have literally turned for these two brands.
I can't see myself buying again from inayah in the near future. I think with the poor reviews has certainly put me and a lot of loyal customers off. Unfortunalty I cannot comment on the quality of their clothing now a days but with such poor ratings it has now given me another reason for not to shop with them.
I do hope the management can turn this business around as I believe there is still a great demand for contemporary modest clothing even at paying triple the "market stall" price. My clothes from inayah were by far more superior in quality than cheap market stalls and was defiantly worth paying the extra money for.
I hope inayah listens to its customers, as I would love to see this brand back in its former glory!

I used to love Inayah...
I used to love Inayah, I'd buy most of my casual wear from them (midi shirts, abayas, hijabs etc). However I've noticed the quality and style of their clothing has gone really down hill, and on top of that the prices are ridiculous!
Returning an item with them is a nightmare, I waited months before getting a refund after literally 'begging' them, they also lied and said they had never received my return. Thank God I kept the receipt of postage, funny after I sent them that they said that they had received them lol
Anyway to sum my review up, I think the prices of items should be more reasonable, they should bring back their old selection of casual midi dresses, cardigans, abayas etc and make sure they refund people quickly (not a few months later) without the customer having to beg for a refund.

INAYAH...nightmare
Shopped online just the once and for the last time. Never again will I shop in such website that clearly has no experience nor training on how to actually use the word “SORRY” to their customers when it is clearly their mess up/fault! Inayah is very clever to actually spend money on the images they use for their online website as the products are not what they look like in anyway whatsoever. I beg all people from around the world.....DO NOT WASTE your money shopping on Inayah website. Along with poor quality products comes very sad and depressing customer service. I’d rather shop in “Sunday” markets where I know I will find 100% quality material everything and 100% good customer service too. What made me shop in Inayah I will never know but it was my BIGGEST mistake and I get nightmares over it hahahahah!

Misleading website & poor customer service
Their customer service is absolutely appalling. You can get better quality hijabs from Whitechapel market for a fraction of the price, and you will be assured that you are buying the right colour/material because the Inayah website is completely misleading, and they will make 0 effort to rectify their faults or even apologise. You end up wasting money on buying and returning things, as they don't cover the delivery or the return postage fees, even if they are at fault. I should have trusted the other negative reviews that are left on the various platforms, and not ordered from them in the first place, I will not be ordering from them again.

Misleading advertising and horrible customer service
I bought a hijab that was brownish and it comes out pink the pictures on their site are very misleading and clearly wrong .
I’m having to pay for delivery in addition I’m going to need to pay for the return too and their reply is “their is no actual fault with the item, you will be liable for the return postage”. There may not be any fault with the scarf however there is a fault with their advertising and marketing team. they should clearly have the decency to give me back the money for the delivery and return expenses because it is obviously there fault.
In addition inayah being such a common hijab brand there shouldn’t really be any faults at all but understandably there was an error along the way. But I am the one having to pay for that error because I have a important wedding in a couple of days unfortunately I still have no hijab to wear.
This just goes to show you how unreliable this brand truly is and how they choose not to take any action that would benefit you. I get that looking into it and changing the picture would help but in this situation changing the picture now would not effect me now. It’s not going to give me back the rest of my money spent on delivery nor is it going to give me the right colour hijab for the wedding.

Very cheap fabrics used and how is possible one dress same size and same measurement chart one is too small and other like you are wearing a binbag. Not quality that I expected and 10 days time to refund customers items back to me that is too long time. Returns should be dealt faster.

I have orderd three items and I did receive only two because one was out of stock. But they didn't ask me if I wanted to have the order since one product wasn't available. They sent me the delivery and when I received it I was very disappointed because my delivery costs about 10€. I usually order a few items so I have to pay only once for the delivery costs. So I wrote an e-mail about the problem and they couldn't do anything about it. I would have been very happy if they have sent me at least a free shipping code so I could order the same dress in another size.
The two stars are for the fast delivery and the good quality but like the other reviews the customer service isn't that great. If I had ordered these things on another website they at least would contact me about the product that has been out of stock, so I could choose another item or cancel the order....

I Ordered a dress for my graduation from Inayah and I got sooo many compliments! I'm usually a small in everything and a small fit me perfectly I had to hem the dress but that is totally normal with everything u get online! I believe that in order to get good quality you have to pay which I did and I was super satisfied! felt like a princess in the gown and will definitely order more!!

Incorrect size chart
The size chart does not reflect the actual clothes size. They do mention this on the website but I ordered a dress which was a little bit smaller that my measurements since it's a modest dress and their recommendation that the size chart does not reflect the clothes size but still it was way too big and looking like a maturnity dress. I lost €23 on shippingcosts and they were not willing to waive the shippingcosts if I wanted to order a smaller size. I do not trust this company and feel very disappointed. They should mention the measurements of the clothes and not of your body type.

I have been a long term inayah…
I have been a long term inayah customer. Tbh never really had any major issues. Yes they are slow with refunds...not sure why, I assume not enough staff, but no have always received my money back eventually. I always get lots of compliments from my inayah outfits and the regular discount codes and loyalty point scheme have kept me coming back for more. Been a bit concerned with their lack of action for the 6 plus months? Basically no new collections at all so not sure what is happening with the company. But still a few bits on the site that are very wearable....I'm holding out for a code tho!

Very bad quality and overpriced. Doesn't look like the picture when you get your items. It’s like when you order clothes from eBay and it looks totally different when you get it. Such a disappointment. Never buying from you again. You do have fashionable and stylish clothes though. If it just weren't for the really bad quality and awful fitting

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !! This company is basically trash when it comes to refunds. I sent back one of four dresses I ordered and they refunded me for the cheapest dress I ordered a difference of 60 USD. When I emailed her notifying them of the mistake and telling her I could provide proof I still had the dress she was refunding me for, the customer service rep essentially called me a liar, signing the email kind regards too. I emailed her three times and she copy and pasted the exact same thing. Instead of emailing Their customer service email bang your head into the wall and that is the equivalent of speaking to their customer services. They also comment under every review, copy and pasting the same response, saying they were working to improve their services, when the reviewers before me had the same exact problems month is earlier. Please inayah tell me are you intentionally scamming people or is it just pure negligence ??? Either way save your money there are many more amazing Muslim brands to support like nourko, Ilovemodesty, gesso that all have amazing customer services !! Take some notes inayah

I ordered a dress on monday, and I didn't receive a confirmation mail so I was really mad. But I have to say sorry, because the next day I received the confirmation mail, and one day later I received the dress! The dress is of good quality, it looks really beautiful and it fits perfect. When will the new collection arrive????

completely updating my review as these people don't deserve it AT ALL. I had initially written a really positive review not because I was astounded by the quality because I wasn't but I really felt that I should support muslim wear and prefer to give my money to a muslim website and support them rather than spend it elsewhere. Well they didn't deserve this at all. First and foremost I asked for a discount for the same amount as I had in points which I had acquired from shopping with them because they were updating their website and couldn't give me my old points to use at moment. Whoever responded told me they didn't have any coupons they can provide me. Big lie as my friend had two coupons from them which they generated themselves. I said nothing and made an order of two items, and one of them was a million times different in person than the picture. Poor quality, poor fit and one of the arms was stitched terrible that you couldn't even put your arm in. I notified them of this issue and told them I was disappointed and kept receiving only generic feedbacks. No one apologized for the dress and no one told me that they had taken a look at the dress and did realize there was infact a company fault. Instead they just agreed to give me a refund. I then told them per their policy they will refund you both intial postage and return postage if the issue was their fault. That didn't happen, I only received a return postage refund. Plus the way they went about dealing with my situation for someone who spent hundreds of dollars on their website was soooo disappointing and unbelievable. I would've thought that a customer who spent so much money with them would be treated differently and with kindness, at least they would give me some sort of compensation as the dress had a fault in the stitching and it was obvious but they didn't care at all. I swore that I would never shop here in the future. rude rude rude and no kindness. unacceptable experience for a long time customer who will no longer be returning due to rude conduct.

I ordered several items from INAYAH which were all nice but some of them didn't suit me at all and so i had returned two items back to them. I have been emailing them non-stop and they haven't been replying at all. Their customer service is absolutely appalling and I'm afraid that i might lose £90 or so.

Queries could have been answered better
This was my first time buying from them and all these bad reviews did give me a second thought. But I was in desperate need of something nice to wear for an occasion and I found no online shop that sells modest clothing as good as Inayah's. Their delivery was prompt and the quality of the fabric (I bought a dress and a hijab) is commendable.
I would have given 5 starts but I think customer service needs some improvement. I was unsure about the length of the dress and when I wrote to them asking for an advice, the only reply I got was "Please refer to our size guide". The only reason why I need their advice was because the size guide wasn't helpful at all. I ended up buying a 62" (157 cm) dress hoping it would fit me just fine since I am about 163 cm tall. The dress turns out to be so long and now I need to alter it on my own. I couldn't make an exchange as well since other sizes are out of stock. For me, when I felt unsure of the size, I always write to the customer service and usually the replies were rather helpful. Hence I wasn't expecting such short and ambiguous answer from them.
Though, they still gave a fast response to my email, which is great! But just make sure that whoever is answering questions at customer service knows how to be more specific and proficient in writing the replies.

Heres my honest experience with Inayah
I have given over thousands and thousands of dollars to Inayah. Unfortunately, while some pieces are good, I find that most of the pieces stain very easily. I bought a chiffon dress for $120 for a wedding this summer and the moment I got to the venue it was covered in stains (when I say COVERED, I mean all over the dress)! I did not do or spill anything on this dress for it to look so dirty! After thinking carefully, I realized the natural oils from my hands, after simply touching the dress, were the cause of all the stains. I was horrified and absolutely in shock how I could spend so much money on a dress to just throw it in the trash! The stains were not able to be removed because of the fabric.
Also, many of the pieces do not zip easily. I will not be ordering from Inayah any further until the quality is improved and the prices are lowered. The pieces and website are beautiful on display, shipping is fast, but unfortunately satisfaction is not maintained as the clothing ships to the door.
Don't get me wrong, I have some pieces that I truly love from INAYAH, but make sure you do not order anything chiffon!! Because it will stain like your life depends on it.

Had such a bad experience with them orderd dresses for over 350 pound kept 1 and returned the rest tgey take ur mony out of your accounts straight away but refunding can take for ever and customer service is rude unexceptable did not refund me fully saying they only refunding for what they received back im fuming they have contact numbers wich they never awnser!!! Dresses look better thn they are fitting is awful ok for very slim l ladies please stay away
